On the ground floor, a spacious living room/lounge awaits you, a large dining table, chairs, as well as a convertible sofa and a coffee table. The quality integrated kitchen has a large bay window with a pleasant view of the terrace.The cottage has a reversible air conditioning in the living room.There is also a room with Italian shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you: one with a bed of 140 cm and the other with two beds of 90 cm. For your comfort, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a shared toilet are at your disposal, as well as a reversible air conditioning in each room.We also wait for the grass to grow after the work, and next to the gite is an unoccupied barn owned by the owner.
