Welcome Aboard DeltaJaz

You will be thrilled to be apart of this rare opportunity to enjoy your own fully remodeled houseboat to yourself. You will enjoy all the comforts of being home including a in home 2 person Sauna, Queen sized bed, Fire place, Full sound system though out entire boat, LED's etc. Includes two kayaks and one Paddle board.

Currently, you have the entire end of the dock to yourself.

Security: We have 24/7 Surveillance cameras on Parking space and on outside of Houseboat. We have never had any problems

The space
Included are Two Kayaks and one Paddle Board. You are welcome to bring your own toys as well even your boat! We offer a huge space upstairs which offers a wonderful 360 degree views of the delta. Propane BBQ and Fire pit are also provided.
Guest access
You will take Jersey Island Rd off of Cypress Rd. We are located half way down the slough on the levee. You can park on the levee to unload only. Please park below in front of red fence. You will see signs. Call if you get lost

GREAT Location and GREAT hosts.

What a wonderful experience, the Jaz itself is about as nice as a houseboat can get, and Sandra was an amazing host, she even decorated the place for our anniversary as a surprise. This is the type of rental that gives Air b&b/vrbo a good name.

This is truly a romantic getaway! The boat is very clean and cozy, the manager is very welcoming and caring, great communication. The neighborhood is worn down but part of the nature was very vibrate and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoyed that view.

The Best Vrbo!

We’ve stayed at numerous Vrbo and this was by far the best experience. Our Host went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and all needs met. The boat looks recently remodeled and perfectly maintained. The area is peaceful and safe. Fun to relax on the back of the boat to watch the river and wildlife. Also great fishing. Best night sleep we’ve had in ages. Making plans to return.

Great Houseboat on the Delta

We loved staying here. The host, Sandra, was fantastic, and the boat was so cute inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Anything we thought we needed was at hand. Sandra reached out the day before and really made us feel welcome.

A hidden gem in the Bay Area

If you are in the SF Bay Area and are looking for a change of scenery, there's no need to fly all the way to Louisiana. We have our own river delta just an hour's drive from Oakland, complete with wildlife and houseboats.

Wonderful experience

It was just as described, very well kept and comfortable as heck. Wonderfully different than any hotel experience I've had. The location was beautiful and my daughter and I really enjoyed staying here. The only problem was the weather! Boy, the winds and the rains made it hard to sleep because of the shifting of the houseboat and the noises we weren't used to but that certainly can't be anyone's fault but Mother Nature's. Still, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Truly.

Sunsets are amazing

We were so impressed with great little houseboat and the surrounding area. The boat was immaculate, equipped with all your needs…..bring your food and clothes and you’re all set. Sandra was absolutely adorable, she met us there at check in and went through all the ins and outs of the boat. She left us fresh flowers and fresh herbs, we felt very welcomed. It’s a perfect get away that’s not too far from home. We were the only ones in the area, so peaceful, not a lot of water traffic….and again, the sunsets were so amazing. We will return again in the future.

This truly is a gem. Sandra is so welcoming giving us fresh lemons from her garden and fresh flowers on the table. The road up to the marina is a little rough but the location is very safe, tranquil, and full of wildlife. The memory foam mattress gave us the best sleep ever. We loved seeing the water while lying in bed hearing the geese nearby. The sunsets are amazing glistening in the water. The interior is modern with a huge power reclining sofa as we watched tv with Netflix included. Living on a boat is unique so I recommend buying drinking water from any of the stores near by. Great location for visiting San Francisco just 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours to Yosemite. 5 stars!!!

What a Gem!

We had the most amazing and relaxing time staying on the houseboat! The boat itself has all the amenities of home! Sandra the property manager went out of her way to make sure every minute of our stay was perfect! The boat is in excellent condition! The owners did a beautiful job remodeling it! This property is a hidden gem! If you love being on the water, this is the place for you!! We will be back again and again!

Beautiful location and atmosphere! The kayaks and games were so fun and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make everything on the boat. Great communication as well, had a wonderful time!

Everything as expected

The place was nice, clean and pretty well appointed. The rules for the toilet are pretty gross and I didn’t appreciate that but it wasn’t too bad. Mostly it was everything I expected. Everyone was nice. Thanks for the nice stay
