What a pleasant alternative to a boring motel room! Very comfortable. Spotless. Full kitchen. Welcoming host. Secure. Enjoyed sitting outside for our breakfast each morning.

Great place!

Was in the area for a work project and needed clean, quit place... This was it! Great communication with owner. Very clean and all basics there. I'd definitely stay again.

My sister and her son visited our parents in Oakley and this is the best place to stay and spend the night. Is affordable and comfortable and very clean and well maintained. They loved it .

Great location!

Except a few minor hiccups, this was an amazing stay. The turkeys in the area are a treat to watch. Make sure you check out the local restaurants.

Overall the stay was great. A rain shower head makes it tough to shower when you do not want to get your hair wet (not the best idea). There wasn’t extra paper towels, dishwasher detergent or an ironing board and the washer was very loud. Even though it was a studio concept, there seemed to be plenty of room. I loved the full size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. I also enjoyed the outside sitting area. It was a great place to sit outside and work. Very grateful for the wires that kept the wild turkeys from joining me. Very quiet and safe area. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Overnight Stay

I was in town for a memorial service. Unit was quiet and clean. Wonderful host Alejandro left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

One room home away from home has everything you want

We were visiting family in Brentwood. This location was convenient to their home and set in a quiet neighborhood. The one room has a full refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, little table for two, rain shower head in the small bathroom.There was space for us to hang clothes. There is a rooster in the neighborhood. My husband didn't hear him, but I did. It's out of our host's control. Alex was extremely fast to respond to my messages. I will stay here again next time I come to the area.

It was perfect for what we needed it for. We were about 20 minutes from Sugar Barge (if that helps anyone). Check in was easy. Honestly all we did was shower and sleep here so my review is short. Thank you!!

Peaceful Studio Apartment with Gorgeous View

We stayed at this property in Antioch for the weekend. Our room was very well renovated, very comfortable, great shower and we loved having the gas stove so we could cook. There is an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains and neighborhoods from an elevated plain. The room was exactly as advertised, and we had great communications with the property manager. We recommend this location.

Perfect for Our Visit to California

This property was perfect for our 2 week visit to Antioch, California. The owner, Alex, was very hospitable and communicative. The unit was reasonably priced, clean and in a very safe and lit location with parking off the street. The unit was well equipped with what we needed for our extended stay. Its location was near a lightly used thoroughfare that connected us to our relatives and shopping. Will surely try to stay here again when we return for another visit.

I was seeking a rental close to family and this was prefect. Being a single female traveling alone I felt very safe there. Lights came on when I would park and cameras added to the security. Very quiet area yet close to everything..My family was only a two minute drive away. I would highly recommend...
