Smoking is not allowed. The home is fitted with smoke sensing devices that will notify the owner if smoke is detected within the home which can lead to an immediate cancellation mid rental without refund. An additional smoke cleaning fee will be applied which is VERY costly.

Early Check Ins and Late Checkouts can sometimes be granted but involve an extra fee based upon the cleaning company fees/ schedules. Feel free to reach out for the cost for the time you are wanting.
