This huge estate is nestled on 2.6 acres of private, serene desert landscape with desert and mountain views. Sunrise, sunset, wildlife, melody of birds, breathtaking views, heated pool, jacuzzi, one of a kind 1,000 sq ft Arizona room with a/c and fireplace, a covered courtyard with misters and ambient fountain...the perfect place for group connection but at the same time, private space.

KING MASTER SUITE - Guests may not want to leave this room once they settle in. The King suite is nearly 800 sq ft with expansive windows inviting one to enjoy the pool, desert and mountain views. Decompress in the lounging area with designer, Italian leather couch and mirrored coffee table. Turn on the fireplace on cool desert nights and let the romance flow. Get ready for a night out in Scottsdale in the ensuite expansive bathroom with walk-in travertine snail shower, jacuzzi bath, his / her separate vanities and large walk-in closet - great smelling, smooth, natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash included.

Luxury 14 inch king mattress, with lavish bedding including cooling sheets and pillows. Spacious and private with separate entrance/exit to Arizona room and outside.

THE DEN / ROOM 7 - With windows and views into the courtyard, the den is edgy and modern with cool features, a new queen size bed with luxury bedding & pillows, desk, and seating area. Work desk with printer.

THE ENSUITE
BEDROOM 2 - High ceilings, walk-in closet, courtyard views and windows to enjoy the soothing sound of the courtyard fountain, a huge king luxury bed, sitting spot for a book and coffee, a custom crystal "fandelier", private full bathroom and a little touch of bougie make this room a favorite.

JACK & JILL
ROOMS 3 & 4- High ceilings, huge king-size beds with the most comfortable mattresses and bedding, desert landscape views from extra large windows, and sitting areas, these rooms are perfect for those who want privacy but closeness. 5-star hotel quality and so, so quaint and cozy. A bathroom is shared with separate entries, separate vanity, and private toilet and bath-shower.

NANNY ROOM
BEDROOM 5 - This unique bedroom is one of the classiest bedrooms that is only called the nanny room because it gives access to the "group room" in case someone needs to be "keeping an eye out". Crystal designer lamps rest on large nightstands and brightening the room with beauty next to an extra large king bed with 1000 count sheets and luxury bedding. Two designer chairs invite you to sit and read and enjoy some quiet time as you admire the gorgeous mansion mirror. Walk-in to a large closet and access a brand-new bathroom with floor to ceiling glass rainfall shower.

CONNECT ROOM
BEDROOM 6 - The best room in the house for connection, the group room provides 6 double beds with 12 inch memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding for uncompromised comfort, settled into 3 double bunks. Storage stairs to top bunks, privacy divider for changing clothes. In-direct access to two, very large full bathrooms.
Hang out in the room's center around a table in the oh-so-comfy rocking gaming chairs. The group room segways into a nine-seat, large screen, surround sound theatre, which segways to the gaming room. The late nighters can hang out and party at this end of the house, while the others can sleep quietly on the other end.

THEATRE -
Seats nine in electric recliners with lit cup holders and usb ports. Two access doors that are closed during movie time and to keep the room super dark and the surround sound in. Smart screen technology allows guests to sign into their favorite platforms like Netflix or to YouTube music to crank it up for party time in the game room

THE GAME ROOM aka "GOOD TIMES ROOM"-
For kids and adults alike, this room provides all that is needed for fun, interaction and good memories. Luxury premium leather couch to lounge and laugh, billiards table, ping-pong table, air hockey and darts for some healthy competition

BAR -
Vacation time is party time! With a chef's sink, mini-fridge, granite double countertops, shelving, cabinets, and the coolest designer mirror, you'd better staff a bartender to keep the drinks and fun flowing freely. No need to worry about the bar separating you from the others, it is connected to the open- concept kitchen and family room so the guests can vibe off each other.

THE DINING ROOM -
Just a bit away from the kitchen and bar, guests enjoy and love this dining area because of its modern, chic feel. A stunning piece of art gives the eight diners something to look at from their designer, leather chairs and black marble table. Open the windows to the courtyard for an evening breeze and sound of the fountain, as you enjoy chandelier, candlelight and cuisine.

ARIZONA ROOM- a 1,000 sqft indoor-outdoor room with A/C, ceiling fans, fireplace, 360 windows, lounge and eating areas, large side by side doors opening to outdoor pool area. This room simply rocks!!!

Guests have ACCESS TO ENTIRE MAIN HOUSE, pool, courtyard and garage .
