Experience our Hawaiian Hospitality at the Honu House of Aloha which is nestled in the Mountains of Big Bear Lake in the Fox Farm area. From the macadamia nuts to Kona coffee and Hawaiian decor, enjoy the spirit of Aloha in every room. Close to the Skiing, shopping and an abundance of restaurants. Boating and water skiing on the lake. The interior and exterior of the home was newly renovated in November 2021. There is a park like setting in the rear yard with a Spa, Pergola, deck and turf courts for Corn Hole, Bocce ball and horseshoes. Pickleball courts nearby! We encourage you to bring your keiki (children) and be a part of our Ohana (family). Mahalo!!

Absolutely fantastic home. I wanted a quiet get away for my birthday and this home is in the perfect spot. Cozy vibes, great amenities, comfy furniture…just love it. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We have already decided this will be our go to rental when we need to hit up the mountain for a couple days.

We had a great stay over the Labor Day weekend. The bedrooms were well kept and we loved the little bits of Hawaiian themed decor. There was a thoughtful gift of Hawaiian snacks from the host which was very nice. Lots of space in the cabin, especially the living room and kitchen that allowed our little one to roam around and it was a great location central to everything! Hope to be back again soon.

Great Cabin, Great Amenities, Super fun place for a family

This is a gorgeous, very spacious house, super clean, and the amenities are super nice. There is lots to do in the house and a great space for the family. We had a great time, and the owners were very attentive and accommodating to our needs for our stay. I will definitely come back!

Snowboard Trip!

Booked this house for a snowboard trip with friends and it was in the perfect location. Had a full kitchen so we enjoyed the house for a night, played pool and some games. Was also not far from downtown area so got to enjoy the night life. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful cabin!!

We had a great time at this gorgeous cabin! We loved the decor inside, beautiful Hawaiian theme, nice and clean, towels, hairdryers, all the amenities that you would need. They even had Legos and Lincoln logs for the kiddos. The pool table downstairs was a huge hit with our kids. The backyard is gorgeous with a Jacuzzi, a swing and games like horseshoes & cornhole etc. Their location is nice and close to the grocery store, village, etc. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great getaway!

I brought my two daughters and their families, 4 kids from 4-12 and we had a very fun time. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the two gas fireplaces were used regularly. The backyard and spa was a great place to hang out. The kitchen had all the amenities needed when we cooked and we were close to the village when we did want to go out to eat. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book from these owners again. Mahalo!

Best place we have stayed thru Vrbo. Location was close to everything.

Gary was great to work with and responded so quickly. Loved the place so much that we only went out twice- tubing and grocery store. Had everything you could think of, especially in the kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and pool table. Only suggestion that it would be nice to have more seating in the living room. Will definetly reserve this place again. Thank you for everything

Beautiful Home!

We all had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated, comfortable home. We enjoyed it so much it was hard to leave, such a perfect find. The kitchen had everything we needed to make an awesome dinner and the rooms were laid out nicely for the six of us. The location is close to shopping, downtown, and lake activities. We also enjoyed the attention taken to ensure enough activity around the home with the spa, pool table, firepit, games, etc. Our host, Gary, was awesome and responsive to all my questions. We thank you for allowing us to share your home and look forward to returning soon!

Best VRBO Experience Ever

My family and I have stayed at numerous VRBOs over the years and this home is our favorite by far. It is large and luxurious but still reasonably priced. Just some of the highlights include an open kitchen concept, a generously supplied kitchen, a game room downstairs for the kids, incredibly comfortable beds in every bedroom with lovely linens, and spacious bathrooms. Everything is beautifully updated. The many outdoor spaces were perfect for the kids who had a blast in the four feet of snow. Management was kind and immediately responsive. We thank the owners for all the extras provided. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and this house was great! Very clean and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with anything you will need. Centrally located which was very convenient. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the yard and outdoor games due to the extreme amount of snow, but we did enjoy the jacuzzi and the backyard would have been fantastic. Games, pool table, darts, all were enjoyed by our family. Great house and great stay. ** I would make a note that there are stairs that lead to the garage and we did bring a baby gate to safety block the stairs for the little kids. Great trip thank you!

Great House close to everything!

We created great memories with our friends and family at this house. We loved that it was clean and spacious. The house has everything you need and practically everything is new. We loved playing the games provided and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding. The pool table kept the kids busy while the adults enjoyed a glass of wine by the fireplace. It’s close to everything, from the grocery store, downtown and snow summit. Gary the property manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had about the house. Looking forward to returning to this house next year!
