As you walk into this newly renovated townhouse, you will notice how open and spacious it looks and feels. Step into an open living room space with a new queen pull out sofa bed , 2 chairs that convert into twin beds and a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and more! There is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to make meals and snacks! Either bring it with you to the beach or sit and enjoy a meal together at the kitchen table with 4 chairs. The beach is a short distance right across the street that is easy to get to with 2 convenient beach access points. Enjoy the spectacular sun rise first thing in the morning from the pier! After your day at the beach, wash the sand off with the outdoor shower. Enjoy the front porch with an outdoor table and 4 chairs along with a charcoal grill with views of the sound! Just steps away you can walk to the bay to watch the stunning sunsets the sound has to offer! Right at the end of the street you will find bikes to rent and close by kayak rentals. Centrally located, this townhouse is within walking distance to the local eateries on the Causeway and Gulf Blvd. When it’s time to retire for the evening, you will be welcomed by a large inviting bedroom with a queen sized bed, bureau, 2 side tables, and a luggage rack. Bedroom sliding glass doors lead you to a back deck. You will find a large closet for plenty of storage. The bedroom offers a second smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of having one and a half baths with a walk in shower. The townhouse offers a driveway that fits 2 vehicles, with storage for all your beach gear.

It was great and very nice. Only thing was the weeds out front and back were pretty overgrown. Looked to be the case for most of the places on that street tho. Absolutely loved it tho and would definitely come back.

Perfect location!

The place was super neat and clean. It was perfect walking distance to the public beach (basically across the street). It was also very close to multiple restaurants! We will be back!

Our yearly vacay

We come to Navarre every year to get away and reset. You can't beat the location and leave you still receive staying here. The bathrooms situation is definitely an experience you have to see and live for yourself. Over all the place is very clean nice and greatly located. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our host way quick to respond and very nice. Would definitely rebook this stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay and it has a memory foam bed. I love how close it is to the entrance of the island. If you have ever had to set in traffic leaving the island you will not be disappointed with the location.

Our Home away from Home

This is the second time we’ve rented this condo and the new owner has made some great improvements. Nice open living room and spacious throughout. Condo is within minutes of the beach. We will always try to book this condo in the future

Nice getaway for an anniversary

The property didn’t disappoint at all. Everything was exactly as described and the communication from my the host was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and already are planning on a return trip in the future. Don’t hesitate booking or you might just miss out. See you next year!!

A Visit to Navarre Beach

Great place to stay! We loved the location! Navarre Beach is one of our favorites. It’s low key and relaxing. We’d hit the beach during the day and watch the sunset on the Bay in the evening. It’s a short, easy walk to either. Everything was super clean and very tastefully decorated. On a rainy day we enjoyed a late lunch and drink at Johnny Huston’s That will be our go-to from now on. Communication about the stay was great! It was an easy check in and out. We will definitely be back.

Winter 2022

We found the condo to be in a state of remodel. Bathrooms were a bit odd and back deck was missing. The unit could use a complete gut and remodel.

Harry thank you for the feedback. I am however a little confused on your posting? Your booking was 8 pm on January 10th, the day before. Yes I was renovating the back deck in the middle of January. I replied immediately with this response: Hi Harry, just got your booking. You booked for tomorrow? Correct? I have some tools I will have to remove tomorrow. The back deck is stripped off as I am replacing it, everything else is good to go. I can keep you posted for check in. Thanks Dennis I just remodeled the interior of the townhouse, flooring, walls, trim, etc. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, one has a shower and the other has a sink. Just wanted to clarify the visitor comments. Thank you, Dennis

Thank you for your feedback. We have had many visitors to our property, your feedback was the only one that requested a TV in the bedroom. We appreciate that feedback so this past off season installed a bedroom TV. In addition yes the dryer was communicating to be broken, my wife and I personally went to Lowe’s and came and installed one that very first night after finding out. Hope all is well. Quiet home close to the beach

We stayed mid October with two adults and three children under 10. The place was easy to access, clean, and as advertised. The home has one bedroom with two toilets and a shower. Things are kind of tight with 3 kids/2 adults, but Dennis made us aware when we booked. The bedroom comes with a queen bed and the living room has a full couch and two pullout chairs that worked out great for our young kids, but might be uncomfortable for older teens (once again Dennis made us aware before we booked). There are several homes connected, however we didn't hear a peep from anyone else and had no issues with noise. You can park two cars in the drive and there is an outdoor shower to clean off the sand. The home is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home has some beach toys and two beach chairs. The home has all you would expect from a fully furnished home. We made several meals with no issues. Washer and dryer was a godsend. There are two decks, however we didn't spend any time on either. In all the place was priced great, quiet, and very close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend.
