Located opposite the port of Sainte-Maxime, 23m² studio on the seafront for 4 people.
Ideally located, it offers an exceptional sea view.

Pretty bright studio for 4 people near the city center of Sainte-Maxime.
The property is located on the 1st floor with elevator in the building.
We have a 160x200cm sofa bed with television in the living room.
A small kitchen area (microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob)
A cabin area with a bunk bed for 2 people separated from the living room.
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a vanity unit and a suspended mirror.
A balcony with dining area and deckchair facing the sea. Cleaning and linen costs are to be given directly on arrival to the person who will come to welcome you, in the amount of €80 compulsory.

DURING YOUR STAY:

--> To notify us in case of breakage or deterioration

--> No overflow will be accepted. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbours as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you to:

--> Empty all the Garbage Containers in the accommodation before your departure.

--> Gather Sheets and Towels in a Place (returning them to a normal state of use)

--> Replace Items and Furniture Move during your stay to their original place

--> Clean and Tidy dishes and Empty the Dishwasher

--> Clean Appliances (Plate Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Machine)

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean

--> Throw away or Take all the Opened Food

In cases where the accommodations are made dirty we charge you the following rate: 70 € on leaving the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

In case of loss of keys or badge, Of the breaking of a key or the lock or badges, the costs will be borne by the travelers.

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheets per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 dish towels
