Situated right in front of Medano Beach, between Hacienda Beach Club and Breathless, enjoy the most stunning view from the immaculate 3-bedroom beach-front, luxury residence, with a few minutes walk to Medano Beach, the marina, downtown, restaurants, bars, and the fabulous nightlife. This nature-inspired residence with its own private pool and expansive ocean view is perfect for luxury accommodations of up to 6 guests. There is a surcharge of $150 per night for each additional person and you can opt to rent a rollaway bed from the hotel directly.

It can also be rented with VRBO #2161880 for two families as there is a joint patio door that opens to both units.

Anniversary Celebration

This Property is so beautiful I cannot wait to go back. The photos do not due it justice, The 1 Homes resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent. The Owners were very attentive to our every need . Best Anniversary Celebration ever.

Just Perfect

Perfect blend of seclusion and access to the town of Cabo. The condo was like new with all the necessary amenities. It was only surpassed by the outstanding staff at 1 Home. Really great all around.

Perfect spot! Beach, Marina, Quiet!

We loved our stay!! The condo is simply amazing - beautiful finishes & pool/jacuzzi! It was also the best view and best location!! Our host was fantastic and attentive when we had questions. The amenities here should not be overlooked - Spa, 2 pools (on top of the unit's very own), bar, cafe and work out facility!! 100% perfection!!

Best graduation trip

We took our daughter to Cabo to celebrate her graduation and brought her husband and 2 kids under 3. This home was the perfect choice! It has three room each with their own bath. The concierge provided cribs (at an added cost) and kids had their own room. The villa was spacious enough to not wake kids during naps and the pool/hot tub on the deck made getting sun in during this down time easy. The view is amazing from the master bedroom and back deck. It looks right at the beach. The resort pools are just steps away with a back door leading down to the beach and pools. The concierge was helpful with all of our requests and the property management was efficient in taking care of any questions and answered my texts immediately. We pre ordered grocery and liquor so when we arrived, it was waiting on us. Perfect! The gym and spa were also located near our room. The marina is just down the hill, less than a 5 min walk from the room. Lots of places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this place. I will be booking again as soon as I can.

Fabulous place to relax

The property itself was very clean, family friendly, well decorated and designed. The floor to ceiling windows that open up to the outside was a wonderful added feature. The AC in each room worked exceptionally well during the hot days and nights that we were there in August! The management company was so helpful in answering questions and ensuring that we didn't leave anything unplanned before our trip started. We will definitely be making this an annual trip.
