We had everything we needed at this resort. The children loved the waterpark. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and beach. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious. It was a great value and the host was great at attending to any request we had.

The room was nice and clean for the price. The pool is right in front of your oceanfront front view next to the balcony The room is right beside the restaurant and across from the public bathroom however you hear no traffic noise which was a great. There wasn’t an iron despite this listing and no coffee pot basket or paper liners for the coffee maker. These little things is why I gave it 4 stars. The host was very quick to respond and have great check in and out instructions.

This stay was great. Amenities in the room and at the resort were as expected. The room was clean and spacious. The location both in the resort and on the strip was very convenient.We booked an early check-in at 1 o'clock for an additional fee, we reached out the the host upon arrival since we had not received the code yet (around 1:30), and the code came at 2 (an hour behind schedule). I imagine that this was a clerical or system error and it was not a huge inconvenience for us, so it did not really impact our stay. Would book here again. Note that if you are looking for a quiet room, you should not book this room, as it is right on the resorts main hallway and on the perimeter of the pool. This did not matter to us since we were rarely in the room, but could impact your stay if you are looking for quiet accommodations.

Fine for families, but for an older, single adult the facility was adequate except it lacked a change of sheets for a months-long stay and no additional towels. Also, if you’re dependent on Uber or Lyft for rides around town, it adds up quickly.

Friendly employees, nice options. Our room was nice and clean. Our deck was crowded and not as clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture. We would definitely stay again. We liked the ease of the first floor, but would probably like to try a higher higher floor next time.

Great Experience!

We have stayed at this resort multiple times, however this was the first time with Julie. We had a graet time per usual. The room was great. First floor, which we loved for quick easy access to the pool and restaurant next door. We will definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay

Myself, spouse and 7 year old stayed here for 2 nights. This is a great place to stay and value. The room had more spay then what I thought it would, and even though it's right next to the restaurant and pool the noise level was very low. I loved the fact that we could use the pools/parks at BOTH buildings. This is right on the beach and this beach is a great place to find shells if you're a shell lover like myself. The condo is very close to everything you could want to do. Shopping and extra fun. There's so much to do. We will definitely be returning.

Fun family getaway

The room is located right next to pool and cafe which made for a wonderful experience. Did not have to worry about the elevator in this room. We absolutely loved the indoor water park and ping pong. We will be booking again.

Location of room

The room is basically in the lobby of the place. If I would have known that would have picked a different one. It was right across from a restroom and huge ceiling speaker that played horrible music early in the morning until pretty late in the evening.

Worth the Money

We had a great time at the dunes village resort. They have 2 water parks, 2 lazy rivers, and 2 pools. There are two separate towers and you have access to both. The resort also has a spa, I personally didn’t use it but I imagine that’s a nice treat. The condo itself it located on the bottom floor, you do have to walk up three flights of stairs so the luggage cart is difficult to take up the stairs, but we just parked it at the bottom of the stairs and unloaded it there. You are kind of in the lobby, but I personally didn’t hear any noise from that. The only noise that I did hear was the door beside the condo because that is the way out to the oceanfront access, again even with a sleeping infant it didn’t bother me. The room is right on the pool so that is kind of noisy and you can’t really have the curtains drawn if you are still wanting privacy, but that didn’t bother us personally. We just kept them close. Overall with the amenities this place offers, it is so worth the price. They also even have a Starbucks right outside the room, and two restaurants. One offers breakfast and the other offers lunch and dinner. I would skip the breakfast though, unless you’re just wanting to stay close to the room. Very very worth it. The host was also very responsive, but I didn’t have any troubles with anything so I didn’t need to bother her during the stay. They also have three kiddie pools, one was unfortunately closed but that wasn’t a problem. Room was overall pretty clean.

The verification process was horrible. I continued to receive messages that the verification failed after it was verified twice. I did not receive the door code until an hour after check in. The host did offer one hour later check out; however, my family and I had to leave earlier than the check out time. I requested compensation which was denied. I went to use the oven and there was dirty pan with melted cheese on it. As well as dirty cups in the cabinet. Behind the refrigerator was very filthy and visible. There was a hole in the wall. And a lot of dust on the air conditioner. The communication through the whole trip was subpar and no resolution to the issues.

Where do I start? I requested for an iron and did not get a response until that afternoon. I was sent an ironing board. We did find the iron when we got into the room. I was not impressed. There was a hole in the wall. The room didn’t look all that clean. We had no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. Three adults had to sleep in the bed. The pillows need to be replaced. There’s no cotton or anything in the pillows they’re just flat and useless. We did receive the sheets and blankets for the pullout couch later on that afternoon if I see a key and the blue wristbands that were still in the room that tells me that the room was not thoroughly clean very disappointed would not book again.
