Look no further if you want to live it up in Brooklyn. This is the perfect location and place for you! Brownstone city life that is lively yet peaceful and safe. Floor to ceiling front windows looking out on a quiet avenue. Beautiful view of city life, next to a cafe, 2 art galleries, and two lovely restaurants.
Two bedroom, two full bath. 2012 renovated brownstone- 2nd floor. Open floor plan in the front of the building where there is a dining room, living room and open kitchen with stone countertop/ eating nook. Stainless steel appliances: Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, and Coffee Maker.
Bedrooms are in the back and quiet. Lots of windows and nice light. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom is set up as an office, workout room, and has a queen lux futon sofa/bed.
Plus there is a Washer and Dryer. Free Wifi Internet. 2 T.Vs. with free Hulu, Netflix, and free local channels.
This apartment is walking distance to the biggest Park in Brooklyn, Prospect Park! Also short walking distance to grocery stores, bars, variety of restaurants, hospital, emergency care, and pharmacies. 7 minute walk to NYC Public Transportation to the trains R, F, and G. 20-30 minutes to Manhattan using train or Uber. 10 minute train ride to the Barclays Center, which has shows, events, Long Island Railroad, Target, and a great shopping area. 20 minute train ride to DUMBO/Downtown Brooklyn to see the Brooklyn Bridge, walk along the piers, variety of restaurants and bars. Coney Island and the east coast beach is 40 minute away by train or Uber!
