Hit the fairways next door at the world-class Kiva Dunes Resort & Golf. Drive 15 minutes along the coast to historic Fort Morgan, or head 30 minutes to enjoy rides and amusements at the fantastic Park at OWA.

Please note the two hot tubs and sauna are currently not operational.

There’s room for another six to enjoy sit-down meals at a pine wood dining table.

BED & BATH

There’s a fresh coastal feel to each of the three bedrooms. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping options.

Enjoy Gulf views from the king bed and private balcony in the master bedroom. This room also comes with a 42” wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, a 24” flat-screen TV, and an intimate balcony with a partial Gulf view. A pair of twin-size beds await in the third bedroom, which also has 32” flat-screen TV.

The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Start the morning with breakfast on your private balcony, offering gorgeous views across the resort, beach, and beyond to the glittering gulf. Enjoy alfresco dining throughout the day -- this shady spot has a table with seating for four.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
