Maravilla’s beautiful grounds offer 33 acres for biking, jogging, and walking. Explore the shops and restaurants of Silver Sands Premium Outlets or Destin Commons - each only three miles by car - or walk to Gulf-front dining along Scenic Gulf Drive.

Tile floors and tasteful beach accents welcome you into an open floor plan. Relax on a plush queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The 54-inch TV is perfect for movie night after a fun-filled beach day. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Meal preparation is simple thanks to a generous stretch of counter space. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. Enjoy home-cooked meals at a glass-top table for four. Enjoy alfresco meals on your spacious covered patio.

The fabulous amenities of Maravilla Resort are a short stroll from your door. Take a refreshing dip in two sparkling pools (one is heated), or play a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or basketball. Walk to the two-and-a-half-acre private beach in minutes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great week at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for an enjoyable week. We loved the private beach and beach service. The unit is close to the pet area, which made it nice for a little pup. It had all the amenities and comfort we needed!

Great Stay

Beautiful condo. Comfortable beds and had all of the household items that were needed, and then some. Our unit was on the bottom floor and it was surprisingly quiet inside on a busy week. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for our needs…

The condo is nicely decorated and has newer appliances. The unit had everything we needed for our week stay. We stayed in the off season so it was very quiet. Very appreciative they allow pets. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great complex

We loved our stay at this beautiful, tastefully decorated beach condo. It was very well-appointed and everything was of high quality. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us with our little dog. We loved walking across the street to the private beach with complementary chairs and umbrellas for our use. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Easy access with first floor unit. Very comfy beds and updated kitchen (well stocked). Could not find blankets for the pullout couch and highly suggest having a broom and dust pan to help clean the floors. All in all a great unit!

Nice property but lacking in some areas

Nice place but needs a pantry and basic cleaning supplies there such as a broom to sweep up dirt and sand. Location was good and beach is awesome. Unfortunately the private beach has many rules and that is annoying to say the least.

Family get away

Great place to stay especially if you are traveling with a dog. My only wish is that some type of shoe storage be added to the wall behind the door, I respect the fact you want shoes off at the door but some where to put those shoes would be nice. There was no food storage but I just moved around some of the dishes and had space for our food.

Convenient

Everything was nice. The sliding door in the master bedroom doesn't work very well and needs to be repaired. But love the location and the walk to the pool and beach is awesome. Very convenient!!

Perfect Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach in this condo. It was just the right size with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean, cool, and had everything we needed. Love that it is on the first floor, which made it very convenient not only for us but also the dog. It is stylish and comfortable for sleeping and watching a movie after a day at the beach. The short walk to the beach is a breeze and the gated beach access provides a level of security. My only criticism is the instructions for opening the condo door need to be updated as it is confusing because it is not what you actually do. Overall we had a great experience.

Fun time

-On arrival the cleaners I guess left the back sliding door open and it made the whole place smell like fish/sewer water (very moist) so we bought some febreeze and some candles and left them there (so they don’t charge us the fee for leaving personal items) -The master shower wasn’t draining and we were standing in 2-3 inches of water every time we showered so I removed the biggest hair clog from previous guests. -We suggest having some throw blankets in the living area or rooms. -Also maybe shorten the entry code. -There’s also no dust pan for the broom and difficult to clean up the floors if needed. Other than that we had a great time.

Exactly as advertised

The condo looks identical to the pics. Its a ground floor end unit. We walked our dogs right out the front door and around the property. It’s just across from the beach - so 5 min walk from the white sandy shore. The master bedroom bed is SO SO COMFY! I slept like a baby. Linens are immaculate very cozy spot for 2 or 3 people. You are close to everything at this location but not in the middle of craziness. There’s a bike path along Scenic 98 that runs for a few miles. I jogged with my dog & it was great. My only very minor complaint was that the back patio was dirty and needed a wipe down. The back slider was also covered in (child)sticky finger streaks. But -This was easy to fix with some Clorox wipes and a wet cloth. We enjoyed our stay . I’d come back.

Family vaca

We had a great stay! The beds were comfy, condo was clean, and we loved the location and short walk to the beach. The living room furniture was super cheap and not comfy but it works. There was no broom!!! A broom is a MUST on a beach vacation. Please leave one out for your guests!!! We left one we purchased from the DG along with dish soap and a few packs of cascade and trash bags under the sink. There were zero trash bags or dish soap on arrival which was annoying. We loved the resort and pool areas! Such a great place to stay with a dog! We will return next year, but will most likely try a different rental. We would return though! Very quiet and family oriented! Also, the bed in the guest room was repaired but they entered our condo while we were at the beach with no warning. My purse and our dog were inside and I don’t like that. You should tell your guests if you plan to enter the condo!

We love this unit and the upgrades to the living room furniture from last year were great. We were not aware that beach service was not included with this rental! It was last year and we were very surprised to discover we had to pay. We arrived an hour before check in and the unit was ready and they would not allow us to go in early. We sat in the car for an hour, and then the code didn’t work. It was fixed quickly with a phone call. The shower curtain liner in the master is gross and needs to be replaced! Other than those things, the stay was perfect. We love Maravilla and traveling early August but the crowds were heavy this year. We would return for a third time! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
