Had we known any essential kitchen items were missing during your stay, we would have been happy to deliver additional inventory to the home. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning unit. While the issue affected only one portion of the home, we understand that reliable air conditioning is especially important during the summer months, and we're sorry this disruption impacted your stay. Hi James, We're sorry to hear your stay at Grand View 3230 was only three stars. We hired a specialist to take a look at the heating and cooling system for this home, and they were able to fix the issue, but will also be installing an entirely new furnace in the coming months, so this should never be an issue again! We have also completed a steam clean of the entire home since your departure, and apologize that we were not able to complete this prior to your arrival.
