Perfectly located, you’re just minutes by boat to the Westin and by foot to Cape Harbor’s lively restaurants, shops, and live music. Fort Myers, Sanibel, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches are also just a short drive or boat ride away.

Step outside your private backyard dock and in five minutes you’ll be cruising the Caloosahatchee River for a day of aquatic adventure. Or stay closer to home and soak up the sun by your private heated pool. In the evenings, create gourmet meals in the outdoor kitchen, then relax under the stars in the hot tub.

Inside, soaring cathedral ceilings, detailed arch molding, and granite finishes elevate every corner. The living area blends elegance and comfort with plush seating, a large TV, and ornate décor. The chef’s kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while the fully stocked outdoor kitchen boasts a gas grill, wet bar, and mini-fridge—perfect for alfresco dining by the lanai and pool.

The entire second floor is reserved for the luxurious main suite, offering ultimate privacy, canal views, a TV, and a spa-inspired en suite with a jetted tub. This spacious retreat also doubles as a yoga or remote-work space with a dedicated desk and chair. Three additional guest bedrooms are located downstairs, along with two bathrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.

After a fun-filled day, unwind with a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub surrounded by stately stone pillars. A covered canal-side seating area with chaise lounges and a cushioned sectional completes the outdoor oasis.

Things to Know
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and spa! Please note there is an optional pool heat fee of $32.00 per day if you’d like the pool or spa to be heated during your stay. Just let us know in advance so we can have it warmed up and ready for your arrival!
The fireplace is non-operational.
The dock is currently not available as it is being repaired from hurricane damage. However, the area is clean and suitable for sunbathing, along with plenty of lounge chairs, etc. Arrangements can be made to house/dock a boat from and into the two nearby marinas. Please contact Vacasa for details.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
