The home features sun-filled living with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 generous bedrooms (1 is accessible from the backyard only), 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor oasis with a BBQ, firepit, sunlounges, alfresco dining and a luxe hot tub.

Leave the car in the garage and walk 3 mins to the bustling Newport Ave that leads to Ocean Beach Pier and the sandy beach.

The Space:
Make your way inside this beautiful beach house and feel instantly at home within its bright, sun-soaked rooms with each offering its own unique retro style.

Step through into the spacious living room and relax on the plush, modular lounge or sit by the large window on the inviting reading chair with a good book and a warm cup of tea.

After a walk to the farmers market, cook up all your favorites in the gorgeous retro kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. There’s a large fridge, oven and cooktop, a coveted coffee machine, a microwave and even a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Sit up at the kitchen booth style table and enjoy pancakes for breakfast or eat together in the dining room with a table set for six. Here, you can entertain in style with a bar cart loaded with glasses and a shaker or head out on the town with top bars, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants just a 3-minute walk away.

There are three generous bedrooms within the home (1 is accessible through the backyard) offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The 3rd bedroom within the home is set up as an office with a desk and extra monitors so your work from home station is ready to go!

Bedroom one features a queen bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed while also offering a small workspace. The main floor also offers a separate office that offers a complete work-from-home setup with free WiFi to keep you connected and a bookcase filled with a mini library for you to enjoy during your stay.

Make your way out to the backyard and downstairs to the third bedroom (with its own entrance separate from the house) where you will find a queen-sized bed and couch and coffee table set up, and another workspace with free WiFi - the perfect space for a hang-out area with views into the backyard.

The central retro bathroom is located on the main floor with a relaxing bath and separate walk-in shower, along with the second bathroom located off the downstairs area that offers a more modern space with a walk-in glass shower.

Enjoy your coffee each morning out on the deck while you soak up the Californian sun, then take the stairs down to the backyard oasis filled with lush greenery, sun lounges, a stylish bar area, a BBQ, warm fire pit, and a luxe hot tub – the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and expansive rear yard with a hot tub and fire pit as well as free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking for two cars, complimentary coffee and access to a highchair and pack n play for the little ones. There is also a large storage space next to the garage which is where the laundry machines are!

The Neighborhood:
Located right in the heart of this gorgeous beach town, spend your days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, see locals hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and stroll through the many surf shops, taco stands and unique local boutiques.

Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals, great dining and micro brews, and a vibrant nightlife scene, you’ll feel right at home with everything you need all right on your doorstep.

You’ll be just 3 minutes from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants and bars along the bustling Newport Avenue and just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful pier and beach so you can leave your car parked securely in the garage and walk everywhere.

Stock up on fresh produce at the Farmers market held every Wednesday or try to catch your own lunch with free fishing right off the pier.

Whether you’re spending your days relaxing on the beach, visiting the aquatic attractions like SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, this top central location will not disappoint.

Head to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos list and definitely worth a visit.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking for up to 3 cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.

Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

The home is stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!

Please also note that with such a convenient location 10 minutes from the airport, you will hear plane noises overhead at different times during the day.
