Beautiful tasteful decor, comfortable spaces for adults and kids, 2 bedroom 2 bath with living room and extra den, provides 2 twin pullouts and 2 queen pullouts in addition to Queen, Full and twin beds.

Amazing location, very clean condo, and super comfortable. We come to OCMD every year and it was our first time staying here. The kids loved SeaWatch! We certainly look forward to returning!!

Great place to stay with family. The kids loved the park and pools and we also enjoyed the tennis courts. The location is great, minutes from Delaware beaches and not a far ride to the busier end of ocean city near the boardwalk. Beach access was easy and not far at all. We had 3 adults and 2 children and had just the right amount of space. I look forward to staying here again soon.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The host was amazing at communication. In addition she was very prompt with her responses. The place is perfectly located, great for a family vacation! There are so many games in the condo in case you run out of other fun activities well maintained beautiful view of ocean Highly recommend this condo ! We’re definitely renting again !

We can't wait to come back!

Lovely condo/beach house. Amazing amenities something for everyone in our family. In fact so much to do we didn't even get a chance to do some of them. We will be coming back for a longer stay next year! Sad we had to go.....Beautiful views, clean and helpfull stay in a PRIME location! Something for everyone!

The unit was clean and updated. The amenities at the conplex were phenomenal. Plenty of space and comfy beds to boot. We would love to return here someday!

Prompt response to concerns

We were concerned when we first arrived because the property had not been cleaned from the last occupant. But the owner responded right away trying to contact the original cleaning company. When that failed she found another cleaning company to come right away. Since we were not able to get in right away the owner reimbursed us for dinner we went to have while we waited for the cleaning and reimbursed part of of the fees. She was very gracious and apologetic and I could tell in her voice she was frustrated with the situation and maybe embarrassed that this happened. But despite this snafu at the beginning everything else with the property went well. The condo unit was nicely decorated, beds comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Not terrible but not “luxury”

After a rocky start, we had a good time with this place as our home base. Luxury is not how this place should be described; it could actually be luxurious if someone who paid attention to details was maintaining it. The main issues that were able to be resolved within our stay were resolved so that’s definitely a positive: - The laminate wood floor was dirty in some areas - Both shower curtains were moldy - Brown stain near the bottom of the master bedroom bedspread - Shower in hallway bath didn’t work The owner was very responsive in resolving the above things. I also requested a refund for the cleaning fee, but the owner offered instead to refund remaining nights if we were going to check out early. We weren’t going to deal with the hassle of trying to find somewhere else to stay so we declined that offer. Other things were broken, dirty, or unkept/something I would expect would be buttoned up before a new guest arrives. It began to be a joke to see if any given thing we picked up was broken or not: There was a cute little sign with the WiFi info that we found with its legs snapped under a heap of magazines under the coffee table. I went to move a coaster in the master bedroom and it was in two pieces that were pushed back together. Sat down in a kitchen chair and realized a leg of the chair was already broken. Opened the pullout couch and the mattress protector was stained. Generally a vibe of little attention to detail. Not horrible, but could be better.

Location & nice Condo

This was for my family of 3 and we had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay. The unit was clean and well kept. Great location for family & kids. We just walked across the street for tjmaxx and restaurants. Easy access to beach and pools. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. Overall great stay for 1st time at Sea Watch.

Great Location in Ocean City

I stayed here with 3 friends for a weekend that ended up being quite cold suddenly, and we were SO glad we had all the space this place offered to be cozy in! While we did brave the boardwalk just to get out and about, the majority of our weekend was spent in this unit just hanging out, cooking, listening to music, and catching up. The layout here provides great spaces to play card games, share a meal, and even have some space to yourself if you need to recharge. The unit was well-appointed and decorated with cute beachy vibes everywhere - just as the photos show. The owner was extremely responsive, courteous, and gracious in messages that we had - I truly appreciated their vibe. The unit has an excellent ice maker for keeping drinks cold (even when the weather is chilly outside too!), plenty of pots, pans, spatulas, spoons, all that good stuff for cooking! It was also nice to have ample linens provided, and while there were a few things in the unit that were showing some wear/tear, overall we really enjoyed our time here. The beautiful beach artwork above the couch in the main living area was a piece we kept taking photos with to show that we were "at the beach" hahahha - but we may just have to come back when it is properly summery, too ;) All in all, very happy to have stayed here and would stay again.

Fantastic unit

This was one of the best units we’ve stayed in at Sea Watch. Nicely updated and well-equipped with a lot of nice hotel-like touches. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

Sea watch and this host were amazing! It was the perfect spot to stay for our vacation. Right on the beach, close to attractions, and the boardwalk was a short drive away. The rental had everything we needed, especially the umbrella and beach chairs so we didnt have to pack our own. The decor was beautiful and made the place feel comfy. Im already ready to book again for next year. The ONLY thing I'd suggest is to buy some new towels. Almost every towel had stains on them. But that's very minimal compared to all the great things about this rental. Thanks for having us!!

This property was absolutely perfect! We had so many amenities with easy acess to the beach and pools and minutes from many great restaurants and stores. Lisa was fast to reply with any questions that I had! Would definitely stay again :)

Absolutely perfect!!!

We did not want for anything! The condo was beautifully decorated with additional niceties we did not expect. Linens and towels were provided. Our beds were even made! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, inside and outside pools. We took in a movie at the onsite movie theatre. What a treat! The location is ideal. Anything you could possibly need or want is nearby! Most within walking distance. Our view of the ocean was spectacular! We loved our stay! Thank you for thinking of everything!
