The oceanfront primary bedroom features a king sized bed and private ensuite with jacuzzi tub & separate enclosed shower. The primary bedroom also features direct access to an oceanfront balcony. The 2nd bedroom features two (2) queen sized beds and private ensuite with shower. The 3rd bedroom features a pyramid bunk (twin over full and trundle) and a separate twin. Bedroom 3 is connected to shared bath with a tub/shower combination. The 4th bedroom is a bay view primary suite features a king sized bed and private ensuite with tub/shower combination and direct access to the large, private, lanai with bay views. All bedrooms have quality bed linens, pillows, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and ample closet space.

South Beach #401 provides all the luxuries of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, spice collection, utensils, and equipment for the cook in the family. Plus all the serving and storage pieces for entertaining.

The large living room includes a fireplace, ample seating and access to an oceanfront balcony with sweeping views of the boardwalk, beach, and Atlantic Ocean and plenty of comfy patio furniture.

For your added convenience, South Beach #401 provides quality sheets, towels, and bath products from Public Goods. Included is a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, baggies, plastic wrap, tin foil, parchment paper, and napkins. Every bedroom has a Smart television for streaming your favorite services. Living room television includes premier cable, including hundreds of channels, and ready to log into your streaming services. High-speed internet is available throughout condo. Unit includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher and laundry and dish soaps.

Guests must supply beach towels.

South Beach is a secure building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean between 7th and 8th streets. Amenities includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, plus two (2) assigned parking spaces in the secured parking garage. Shops and restaurant on the ground level.

Note the garage clearance is 7 feet. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool is open from April 1st thru January 2nd. No Smoking. No Vaping. No Pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to groups under the age of 25.
