WE DON’T REQUIRE ANY CHORES! Come unwind at our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. We offer a king suite with a master bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Minutes from downtown Vernal. Private drive with easy access for RV/ATV parking. 3.9 miles from the Dinosaur Museum. 24 minutes to Dinosaur National Quarry. 43 minutes to Flaming Gorge. Lots of great local mountain biking and ATV trails. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen.
*Note: We have a pool that we enjoy sharing with our guests by appointment only. Be aware that there is no life guard on duty. No children, under the age of 18, are allowed without an adult. Guest assumes all liability when using the pool.

Great home base.

This property was just what we needed for touring Vernal and local areas. We even indulged in the use of the pool one of our days. The owners are wonderful host. It is in the country so dust and bugs are present FYI.

Quiet Retreat

This is a nice distance from town yet still close to restaurants and activities. The cottage is clean and comfortable. It even comes with charming cats. We would easily decide to stay there again.

Relaxing Stay.

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and quiet and had plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The location was nice and close to fun, family friendly hikes. It had all the amenities we needed and more. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great Property Close to Dinosaur National Monument

The house was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The hosts were great and responded quickly. Check in was easy. The house is located close to stores and restaurants and close to Dinosaur National Monument, which was our primary reason for the trip. We had a great time.

Peaceful property

Absolutely love this property! It was nice to come back and relax after the hot days in the sun exploring around Vernal. They had everything we needed and more. It also had some toys the kids could use while visiting. They offered us pool access, but the State park had some bounce houses on the water. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting.

Great location

AMAZING hosts! Had a sign in the driveway welcoming us and directing us the right direction. Had snacks and favorite soda on the counter. Great back patio for lounging, plenty of parking. Pulling a trailer would be tricky but doable. Only downside was the extremely loud air conditioner intake. Made it almost unbearable to hang out in the kitchen or living room.

Fabulous home, would definitely stay here again

Very clean. spacious home that was perfect for our family trip to see the Dinosaur National Monument park. Loved the custom welcome sign and refreshments. The house had many thoughtful items such as extra shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste in case you forgot anything (we did!). Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to relax and spread out. Also appreciated the fire pit and grill area although we did not have time to use them. Highly recommend this home!!!

A beautiful stay

We so appreciated the location and spaciousness of this home! It’s not far from town but nice and quiet in the country. It’s on the road to the Red Canyon Overlook and just 1 mile from Steinaker Reservoir. The home is private and the hosts include many special touches to make you feel welcome. They also had a well-stocked kitchen, which we really appreciated, too. We loved our stay!

Amazing place!!!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Vernal, look no further. This home was incredible!! Super clean, and the host was so thoughtful! They had a cute welcome sign and left us some treats. The home had a fire pit which was fun to use. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids we had there. This. House. Was. Perfect.

Great property

We are frequent visitors to Vernal and have stayed in most of the properties listed on VRBO. This is our favorite property. It is minutes from downtown but in the country. The home is roomy, clean, and very well setup. Highly recommended.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time! The house had a warm/good feeling to it. It was clean and had all you would need for cooking and eating while still having room to store your own food and supplies. There was even a basket in the bathroom for "in case you forgot" items. Melinda was always quick to reply to any questions I had. This is by far the best rental my group and I have stayed in as of date.

Comfortable place in nice town

The place was perfect. We had mountain bike races in the area and the place was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. The owner takes great care in the details. Will stay again if we race vernal next year.
