Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood with stunning views of fields to the South, and rock hill views to the North. This is the upper level of a rambler over a basement. We are 7 minutes from the boat dock at Steinaker Reservoir, and 10 minutes from downtown Vernal.

This is family-friendly home with all the amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay.

This property is over a basement with long-term renters.

***Work crews are accepted, but the booking party must be staying on the property. names and phone numbers of each crew member needs to be shared before checking in.

***Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine

This was a beautiful place to stay and a very nice/comfortable home. The interaction with the property representative was easy and prompt. It is a little way from town with some fields adjacent to the backyard. This was just right for us. It's near things we wanted to see and do but quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. The unit was clean, and had all the amenities a great VRBO should have. Have tenants down stairs, and above the garage that I was unaware of, but they were quiet, and we had no issues.

Beautiful newer home

This is an amazing new home with lots of amenities. The interior is tastefully decorated. The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had in the booking process. The property is close to Steinaker State Park and close to Dinosaur National Monument. Vernal is a great town in in a beautiful area, with amazing open spaces, rivers and the Flaming Gorge. I would book this property again and definitely return to Vernal - so much to see and do.

The actual home where you stay is large and beautiful. Has everything that you would need. Loved the layout of the house. What was very off-putting, was hearing the downstairs neighbors yelling outside the day we got there and them cutting grass at 6:00pm and it taking 2 hours for a small yard. So they were right outside the windows smoking and it was so awkward. We had to close all shades and the kids couldn’t go outside. The house is put together but needs a good deep clean. The fridge had expired products in it from 2-3 years ago. The freezer had crumbs all over. The pots and pants had crumbs all over on the bottom and was dirty. If there wasn’t neighbors living both above the garage and basement we would stay again.

Hi Eric, I'm sorry you didn't fully enjoy your stay. We will have a chat with our renters about moving the smoking farther away from the windows. We have left condiments in the fridge as a courtesy to guests, but we will be better about checking dates! As for the lawn, I don't think 6:00 pm is an unreasonable time. The middle of the day is too hot, and the alternative is 6:00 am, which I don't think would go over well with most guests. Thanks for the feedback, and we would welcome you back any time.
