The light-filled dining room features a 8-person oak wood designer table and a 50-inch Samsung HD TV. You can enjoy free Netflix on TV or easily connect the TV to your device via airplay. The TV is mounted on a swivel arm so it can be tilted or turned to any angle to provide you with the best viewing experience from the living room, the dining room or the kitchen.

The living room opens up to the cozy patio through the French doors which embodies the craved indoor-outdoor LA living lifestyle. It has a custom-made off-white velvet couch with a chaise (medium firm) and a bookshelf side table with books for your relaxation.

◒ Patio ◓
The fenced patio with complete privacy comes with outdoor chairs, coffee table and a propane grill. We supply propane tanks for free. You can also use the wide cedar decks as additional seating.

◒ Master Bedroom ◓
The master bedroom is designed to be minimal and free from all the clutter and noise. The one-of-a-kind, custom made headboard with floating bed frame and drawers are made from recycled wood celebrating all the richness and history of each wood.

The queen-size bed has two pillows, one comforter and a hybrid memory foam innerspring mattress (medium to firm) that will ensure you get the best night of sleep. All beddings are made of 400-count organic cotton.

It also has a dedicated space with a white desk and a white velvet chair to use for your work or as a vanity.

◒ Guest Bedroom ◓
The second bedroom takes the minimal design further and goes with a floating bed frame without a headboard. The queen-size bed has two pillows, one comforter and a gel memory foam that gives you a cool night of sleep and relieves body aches. All beddings are made of 400-count organic cotton.

◒ Bathroom I ◓
The full bathroom in the hallway has a marble countertop, a bathtub, a toilet, hair curler and hair straightener in the drawers.

◒ Bathroom II ◓
The half bathroom next to the laundry room has a sink, a toilet but no bathtub or shower space.
