The place was perfect for my quick visit for a conference - clean, modern and spacious. The building has a 24 hour front desk attendant - which was important for me as a single woman. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely convenient to downtown events!

Great little place to enjoy a stress free ATL weekend! Location was a bit hard to find and parking was a little tough at first. Building was very secure and that was comforting due to being downtown. Will definately stay again!

Easy Trip

The condo was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was just a little sketchier than expected (men hanging out by the doors, asking for food, smoking), which isn't something the owner can control.

Great place

Able to walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Clean, cute - would stay were again. Communication was great too. Place was perfect for what we needed!

Great Spot in Downtown!

Stayed for a weekend of shows at State Farm Arena - this was a great getaway! Felt very safe walking to and from concerts, and the condo is very nice and clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating - would stay again!

Great place

I don't give out a 5 star easily...normally just a 4 for "everything as expected" but in this case I will give a 5 because Brittnei made this place special for my wife and I. She took great care in making as comfortable as possible. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and will for sure use Brittnei in the future if we happen to be near any of her rentals.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We arrived early and the property manager approved an early check in. The house was clean. The complex was quiet. If we are in Atlanta I will try to stay there again.

The perfect place for 2 in ATL

The 19th floor oasis has everything we need and then some. If I ever find myself planning a trip back to ATL I will for sure check to see if this is a available first.

Perfect location for our needs and nice property

We were in ATL for a conference. This space was a perfect location for us. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Great view from the balcony. We enjoyed our time there and next year we will look to rebook this spot.

Stellar Host!!

From check in to check out we absolutely loved our stay. The space is smartly decorated with tons of amenities, to the candles , soaps and just things you wouldn’t normally think to pack . There is a first aid kit that came in handy and a nice coffee nook in the kitchen. The shower is nice and everything was spotless. Would say there again!

Perfect for Me

Short stay for trade show. Property fine, unit great. Unfortunately Atlanta downtown has become a welcoming Homeless location. Very sad.

Passion Conference

The apartment was very nice and decorated with style. We had all the necessary instruction sent to us by our host and were clear on the "house" rules. The location was perfect for us as we were attending a conference at the Benz for three days and it was a within a 20 minute brisk walk(it was chilly for Atlanta). Would highly recommend visiting and would be happy to stay her again in the future.

Worst Birthday Experience Ever

I did not feel safe at the property. Homeless people and gang members all around property. Injured my ankle and knee trying to get to my Uber safely and fell down had to be in ER 8 hrs. Heat not working in the living room patio not as pictured with lights. Absolutely not.

Don’t.

Let’s start by saying if drive be prepared to pay a substantial amount for parking up 75 per day. The area is not the best. There’s a liquor store to right of where you’re staying. People hangout outside with not the best intentions. The tenants that stay let others inside that Do not sign in at the front desk. The unit that was staying needs more security because the door has a 1 in daylight & one lock. I do not recommend this place

Perfect for our short trip

Everything inside the property was great! And the host was very responsive. It was well decorated with nice smelling soaps, and had easy check in. We parked in the nearby covered garage for $30 a night - there is a ticket that allows you to leave and come back and an attendant watching the garage. Someone that worked in the building strongly suggested we choose the parking garage rather than the lot behind the building for safety of our car. Location on the map when we were searching properties was incorrect, but real location when we had the address worked well for us. Mexican restaurant below the building had excellent food, but was short staffed so very slow and FYI they are not serving alcohol but you can buy your own an the liquor store beside it and bring that in. Next time we go for a conference in Atlanta we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about the unit itself! It has a homey feel, great view, and is in a fantastic location. More than enough space for 2. Easy and safe walk to the aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and restaurants. The host was so awesome and communicated very fast. So glad we chose to stay here and would book again if we’re ever in ATL! Just some things to note (had zero to do with the unit itself): we totally forget weed is legal some places since we’re from out of state…the whole floor and unit consistently had that smell. We just arent used to it, and it’s not our favorite smell ;) Also, they will NOT hold bags for you at the front counter. We wanted to go down the street to a local brunch place just before check-out and assumed they would hold our bags in case we were a few minutes late…they directed us to a for-charge place next door. So instead of spending money at a local place, we gave our money to a chain at the airport…such a bummer :( Description of unit was 100% accurate. Definitely stay here if you want a semi-quiet, cozy place in the city :)

Great stay for a short trip

My boyfriend and I stayed the night in Atlanta for the Lizzo concert (which was amazing, btw) and this condo was perfect for the night. We don't mind walking, and it was about a 15 minute walk to state farm arena, so that was nice for us. The room was cozy and had coffee in the morning, and the bed was super comfortable. Nice and clean. <3

Great location

The unit was fairly clean when we got there. The friends was not fully cleaned out and the trash was not taken out from the people ahead of us. Had to make our own beds and they did not have a comforter, just blankets. The location was spot on. Great security and secure access to the building.
