Week in Atlanta

Check in was a breeze. However we had a couple issues with our parking spot. Kitchen was good. Host was nice. Overall good.

Downtown Atlanta

Everything you see online is what you get. The owner was so easy to get a hold of and response time was quick. The place is so centrally located to downtown and all that it has to offer. The staff at the condo were so nice and helpful. Can't say enough about the place. Enjoy the area!!

Excellent Location & Price

The check in and check out process was great. The host had amazing communication and responded quickly. The location is near the downtown area and many attractions. An assigned parking place is included which is a plus when booking in Atlanta. The building was on the older side but the condo was remodeled, up to date, and met my expectations. It's on the 21st floor but the elevators come quickly and frequently. I had an AMAZING stay.

Super nice condo!

Condo was nice and clean! We had new towels and plenty of supplies! Loved the size of the TVs and the way they were positioned:) The only inconvenience was not being able to enter building through parking lot. Normally wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it was raining. Would definitely consider staying here again!

I would definitely return

It had parking included, that literally was the main deciding factor for me. The location was great for quick access to practically anything downtown give the highway was close. The building was quiet and the bed was comfortable so sleeping was pleasant. The building itself is quite old but the condo is renovated so it outweighs the building. That shower had the most water pressure I’ve ever experienced in a rental and the temperature was great too. I enjoyed my overall experience with this rental. Furthermore, the property manager provided detailed instructions before check in.

Amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marie's condo for our family trip. The property was perfectly clean, conveniently located close to nearby attractions, reasonably priced, and we felt very safe for the duration of our stay. The condo comes stocked with all the essentials and has so many nice personal touches that make things easy. The bed was very comfy and our children really enjoyed watching a movie when they were relaxing. The security at the front desk were friendly and always helpful. I ended up locking us out of the condo at one point and Marie responded immediately. She did an amazing job of keeping us informed of everything we needed to know prior to checking in as well. Highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting the Atlanta area, you won't regret it!

Mini Vacation

As I walked in the condo smelled so good. Everything was clean. The shower was amazing and I loved the bathroom mirror it had different lighting which was great for the women that wear make-up like myself. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right. Great storage space. This condo was close to every place we wanted to visit. I dont remember the listing saying that there is a pool. When I got there I saw one and it looked amazing but didn't get a chance get it. Overall was amazing.

Nightmare in Atlanta

Booked stay at this property in Early November and put down deposit. Paid remainder as requested several days prior to trip. Short story is management group put someone else in property; however, returned only half of my money when I requested. Total scam and hopefully, not representative of future Vrbo expereinces

Landmark Condo

This past weekend my husband and I celebrated our 21st anniversary in downtown Atlanta. Everything was perfect except our stay at this condo. First off, we never received an email with check in details until we got there. We had to text to receive it and the code sent did not work for us to enter. but we finally got after a second code was sent then headed out for dinner. Upon returning, someone was parked in our assigned parking space. We had to wait until the property manager called someone to tow the other car, because if we would have parked elsewhere we would be towed. The car parked in our spot never left and the tow truck never showed up so she had us park in reserved parking. The next day it started raining so bad that rain came through the windows where the mobile hvac was and got all over the floor. The property manager said she would get someone to bring towels. No one showed and were gone for the day. We had to clean it up with the two towels they left in the room for our use. Still trying to be patient, we asked for late check out since we spent most of the weekend putting our fires! We were only offered to be compensated for half the cost of another room. I advised that we paid for this and should be compensated or get another weekend stay when everything is fixed! We received no more communication from her once she said she could not refund us. They have no air, no dresser for storage, a dirty pool, and no gym. False listing!!! Don’t do it!!!

Cute property-MAJOR concerns

Pros- Property was adorable and represented well in pictures Well stocked with conveniences Water pressure Conveniently downtown Free parking Cons There was no toilet paper in the unit-((NONE)) I ended up having to walk to the Publix and purchase some. Owners communication was slow to respond. The towels were not only cheap they were stained. The extra ones were balled up in a chest instead of folded making me wonder if they were clean or ready to be used. The pillows on the bed smelled like they needed to be cleaned/sanitized Neighbors had the entire floor smelling like weed and played loud music (out of owners control-but mentioning for awareness) The bed was mildly comfortable ****The peep hole to the apartment was pushed out so someone could look in from the outside -as a single women this was incredibly unsettling. I didn’t notice it until my departure day. *** The owner should have to guarantee the peephole was fixed before re-renting this unit as this is a major safety concern!

Quaint and cozy

I loved the property! Excellent view and everything was super convenient regarding the property and nearby amenities. The A/C doesn't blow cold but host had a nice fan. Host was responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Convention

Perfect walk to the large convention hotels in Downtown Atlanta. Just like the pics, immaculate , super cute rental. So much nicer then a hotel room in my opinion.

Cute place in the middle of everything in downtown Atlanta.

Check in was easy, place was well equipped, and parking included in the price. It looks exactly like the pictures. The concierge/security were amazing.

Great find

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well appointed, convenient to major attractions. The ease of the parking situation was a plus! I would definitely stay again.
