This townhome was perfect for our family of 4! Extremely clean and comfortable! The 2 twin bedroom and bath worked out great for our 2 kids. Having our own bathroom and the half bath provided even more space for cleaning up after the beach or pool! We ran into an issue with the internet on our second night, which wasn’t make or break for us, but the hosts were prompt and adamant about getting it fixed! We appreciated the communication and facilitation between the hosts and spectrum to ensure the internet was restored.

We had a very nice stay. Villa was beautiful, clean and convenient to the beach. Many things to do around the area. Beds were comfortable.

Great stay!

It was a great week to return to a place in Florida I grew up visiting every year since I was a child. The place was clean, friendly, and close to everything we needed to access. The house was equipped with all the amenities (including beach items) that we needed, which made packing a lot simpler. Chris and Diane were very responsive to any questions we had, which we appreciated. It was a very short and simple walk to the beach, as we were easily able to carry our beach items and let our toddler daughter walk beside us. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Relaxing getaway with a great view!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Even though it rained the majority of our stay due to tropical storm Debbie, we utilized the games that were provided and had some amazing quality time together. When it wasn’t raining, we were able to drink our coffee on the balcony that had an amazingly beautiful view. We walked the beach after the storm. It was a very short walk to get there. We also were able to enjoy a couple of the restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Indian Shores. I’m sure we will again in the future!!!

Great stay

Nice and clean and perfectly accommodated my little family. Had everything we needed and more! Upon arriving the property manager informed us that beach equipment had been damaged and more had been ordered and would be delivered bye Amazon which was great. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Indian Shores and would definitely stay again.

Just right!

An easy 5 minute walk and you’re on the beach! It’s a clean, no frills property. Older but well kept. Pool area was clean. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood was quiet. Great 4 day weekend for us! We will be back!

Quick Family Trip to the Beach

This property is clean and adequately equipped. It is close to the beach- just a quick couple of minutes to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and his response time was very quick. The property is close to many restaurants and is easy to get to from Tampa and easy access to St. Pete area.

The property was sufficient for my family vacation. I would suggest room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was small. Overall, it was just a few steps from the beach. The owner was always responsive and made great suggestions of where to eat or things to do.

Quiet area

Nice property. Christopher was very prompt answering our questions. The 4th of July at the beach was great. Just a heads up with people who have trouble climbing stairs, there are 15 steps leading to the main floor and another 15 steps to the bedrooms.

Simply Mahvelous! First, the communication was exceptional. It made everything else so much more enjoyable. Beautiful location. Walkable to very clean beaches. Great restaurants and shopping. The condo was beyond expectation! We WILL stay again…soon.

Beach Getaway

Overall we were very comfortable at the property. Just a few minor suggestions: 1. It would be good to inform guests that beach towels are not provided so they would know to bring some. 2. Same suggestion with laundry detergent. 3. Parking is very scarce and the status of the spots at the pool is a bit unclear. However, your suggestions were helpful. 4. I was a little worried about the stairs, but they were not a problem. Positives: 1. Proximity to the beach. 2. Beautiful beach. 3. Kitchen equipment well provided. 4. Furniture comfortable; loved the extended sofa.. 5. Thermostat easy to operate. Comfortable temperature easy to control. We would definitely return. Loved the sea food restaurants. Thanks for answering all our questions promptly.

This property is simply amazing! It sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and is just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It sits on a section of Gulf Boulevard that reduces to two lanes, making it significantly less busy than in other areas. It is in close proximity to boundless opportunities for dining and entertainment.
