Muy bien renovado apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en la esquina sur del edificio con vistas directas al Golfo de México desde su balcón privado. Cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con nuevas encimeras, barra invertida impresionante y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable renovados, ambos baños han sido renovados, se han agregado muebles nuevos y se han agregado televisores de pantalla plana ... ¡aquí no se decepcionará! Situado en la playa de North Redington y muy conveniente para todo lo que necesita. TENGA EN CUENTA: Esta es una propiedad para no fumadores con la excepción de 2 áreas designadas para fumar fuera.

Overall the unit was nice, clean, and in good shape. Appliances were old but functional. Kitchen storage was limited for a longer stays. The furniture was nice. A slightly limited, about 90 degrees, but still good, ocean view. Disappointed that the pool was still not open due to hurricane Milton damage in 2024. We were not told that until close to check-in. Only one parking space made available to us was disappointing.

Great location

It's the location I wanted. Walk out the door onto the beach. The pool is still out after the hurricane but the condo assn is working on it and many other improvements every day.

Nice place with Beautiful views

Nice condo. Building and pool are well maintained/ very clean. Messaged management that I needed a kitchen item and it was there the next morning. Felt very safe in the building. Many restaurants and beach store within walking distance.

Great location, will be even better once repairs are completed!

Loved the condo and the location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool repair was supposed to be completed by the time of our stay but it is delayed. We learned about this less than two weeks prior to our arrival. Will be much nicer when the pool and outdoor patio/showers are back in working order (totally understandable because of the recent hurricanes). The master bedroom mattress could be replaced, as my husband felt that it has a worn out area primarily on one side. The couches are comfortable but somewhat weathered with the vinyl sort of peel-y. Otherwise we had a nice stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Nice Beachfront Condo for Small Family

This condo was perfect for 4 of us, with our 2 teenagers. Being beachfront was nice to sit on balcony and view ocean (and sometimes dolphins swimming by). The location was good in Reddington Beach, as we were able to drive quickly to other beach towns between Clearwater & St Pete. The only recommendation would be to add end-tables to Living Room, as we had to hold our drinks while sitting on couch.

Beautiful views

Property is right on the beach, with beautiful views, the microwave and counters had crumbs on them and were not cleaned. Everything else was clean and nice. It would be helpful to have something that tells you about the TV channels. Other than that perfect and would definitely go back.

Great location, view, spacious room

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle. Had majority of kitchen necessities we needed. Only things missing that we needed were potato masher and/or beaters for the hand mixer. King bed mattress sagging in middle somewhat. Otherwise perfect especially in comparison to other surrounding properties we visited where friends were staying. The rental had plenty of space for the four of us. Loved there were 2 bathrooms in our rental. A definite plus 😁. Balcony wonderful for the view and enjoying the sound of the surf. Also liked there were eating places within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Great view - which is why we chose the property. The kitchen and bathrooms had been remodeled so they were nice. The furniture needs updating it is pretty worn. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. It was worn and not very clean - not even vacuumed well. We had to cut our trip 5 short because of Hurricane Ian - not the fault of the property, just would have liked to stay for the full amount of time! It is a great area.

Clean and Quiet unit 101

Overall, this is a nice place to stay! Somebody was there everyday to clean up the grounds,mow the yard and keep the pool clean. The staff at the rental agency was very responsive. The master bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced because it only worked on high speed. Remember this place has only one parking space per condo. If you have another car or visitor they will need to find street parking. I found a empty spot down the street, 10min. Walk back to the condo. Visitors need to get there in earlier morning time to ensure a place to park.

warm getaway

Unit could use some repairs. Master shower did not have hot water, toilet in other bathroom was plugged, window in bathroom was broken. Also one set of keys to the unit did not work. Luckily unit was on first level and patio door was not locked. While we did get a visit from maintenance almost 24 hours after notification of issues, repairs were not made while we were there. Also note, there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There are coin operated washers and dryer in the facility. Location and beach were terrific though.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Property as pictured. The sliding door is an issue as it is heavy and does not close properly without a lot of effort. The keys did not work for the front door but did work for the stairs door to the right of front entrance and to the back entrance. Keys are needed for beach access through the pool and to enter/exit the pool. Had to wash all silverware and dishes when we arrived as the drawers were dirty. Need quarters to do laundry on 2nd floor. Noise ordinance after 10 pm so cannot do laundry then or someone takes your clothes out. All in all a great stay though. I’d recommend. The management was very responsive to any concerns we had.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness, the carpet in master was filthy, I brought a pair of cream slippers, and they were filthy by the end of stay, you can see that the carpet is dirty with stains on it. The king bed needs replaced, you literally had to roll out of the bed because it dips to the middle. The wall in the corner of bedroom has dust balls hanging. Master bath had a rug that had not been washed, filthy. Kitchen was not stocked very well, no sharp knives. skillets bad. I did call management about bathroom rug , no one came to get it. The furnace fan ran cold air most of the time, they ended up replacing motor, Air and heat is something that is usually checked in between guest stays. The dust balls were hanging from the fins on the furnace door, WOW, you mean you can't see this. Would not stay in this condo again, the building was very nice, pool was clean, I don't live like this at Home, Should have requested another condo as many were empty. An I am not a clean freak.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emerald Isle 101 was a cozy and well appointed condo. The view is spectacular! The other guests were very sweet and overall a quiet community. We loved walking across the street to Dunkin Donuts and Burrito Social was really a great find. The beds were new and very comfortable. We all slept very well. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, so be prepared to walk up to floor 2, to use the coin operated washer and dryer. It was kind of an inconvenience having to go and get quarters, but other than that, it wasn’t bad. $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. The shower bar in the guest bath is very rusted and needs to be replaced. My daughter thought maybe she got a rust speck in her eye, but she was fine. The furniture in the living room was in great shape and very comfortable. An area rug would be a great addition. The biggest drawback to this property is having to use a key for absolutely get in the building, to get in your condo, to get in the pool area, pool bathroom, and also to go from the pool to the beach. Kind of a hassle when you’re carrying beach chairs and other stuff, and you have to drop everything to get the keys out. The condo did provide two great beach chairs and some sand toys, which was a huge plus! We would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loves the Redington Beach area. We have come here for many years. Overall we were disappointed with what we received for the price we paid for this condo and the service we received from your office and will be booking elsewhere for future trips. The condo was clean and presented nicely upon first glance however it is not exactly as described and as shown in listing pictures on this website or others. The living room shows a nice floor rug, in realty the rug did not exist. The balcony picture shows nice chairs w/ cushions and outdoor rug, in realty there was no rug, no cushions and different chairs. The kitchen is not fully equipped or adequately stocked with usable cookware and cooking utensils. The pans are worn out and warped. There weren’t any sharp knifes in the drawer, no oven mits or potholders. Of the two spatulas provided, one was melted and gross and the other was meant for usage on an outdoor bbq grill. The rails on the refrigerator door were missing making the storage on the door useless. There was no pantry, cabinet or cart available for food pantry items. In the master suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. The hot and cold water lines in the shower were switched and the mattress was broken down and uncomfortable. The condo had approx. a dozen hangers most of which were cheap, flimsy wire hangers. Access level is very restricted. 2 sets of keys is not enough for 2 adults/2 teens. The smoke alarm would randomly and repeatedly beep throughout the day/night, our entire stay. On Christmas Day, workers came and spent hours shoveling landscaping rocks out of a truck bed and onto the property. They parked their truck directly underneath this unit’s balcony and the workers’ heads were literally at face level to the balcony floor. We tried contacting your management office a few times but got no response the first time, minimal response the 2nd time and no response the last time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit#101, is very nice and updated, my only complaint is that the small ironing board was uncomfortable to use , and the frying pan should be replaced. And the sliding door leading to the balcony leaked water during a storm, all in all with these minor things, I will be back in Oct.

We will have maintenance check the status. We can make the suggestion to replace the frying pan. We hope you relaxed and had beach time. Go for the view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location is wonderful. We never received our welcome email. We called and didn’t receive all information to access the unit which then required a second call. Friendly staff but frustrating. I would describe this unit as in need of updates. Patio door falling apart and was partly open on arrival. Screen slide not working. Blinds on patio not working. AC was set at 58. Unit showed two coffee makers. The drip coffee maker was broken. Dishes, silverware and glasses are a mix of many patterns. Carpeting in bedrooms are beyond cleaning. Need to be replaced. Glass door in main bathroom was off track (we fixed). Pillows are not great and beds a bit hard. BUT, we had a great week and looked beyond all that. The pool was clean and refreshing. So close to the beach which we enjoyed daily. Close to area restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony. The couch and loveseat are very comfortable. Kitchen update is also well done. Would we stay here again? Yes, knowing what we know.

Maintenance came right away and did what they could but said doors were going to be replaced. Will be back next year.

Beach Getaway

The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there! Our only complaint was that we wish there would have been more towels (especially washcloths) in the condo. It would have also been nice to have beach towels available for use at the pool and beach.

2nd time staying at emerald isle

Great location and great room.....2nd time staying at emerald isle....1st time was on 6th floor this time 1st floor.....great place and view.....really enjoyed are stay once again will be back for sure....thanks again
