Kapalua Golf Villa 12V1 is a recently renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo overlooking the Kapalua Bay Course, with views extending to the Pacific Ocean and the island of Lanai. Beach access is a short 5–10-minute walk away. The kitchen and dining area feature new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a TV, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, and a beautiful new walk-in shower. In the living area, you're welcomed by Hawaiian-inspired decor, a flat-screen TV, a brand-new queen-size sofa bed, and a central A/C system. Relax and enjoy the spacious lanai, providing four seats for the breathtaking early morning and sunset views. The villa also has a washer and dryer for added convenience, so you can pack light. Enjoy views of Kapalua Bay, Molokai, Lanai, and Kapalua Bay Golf Course from a uniquely private location within the resort.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and no resort or parking fees. Please note that the unit has stairs to the front door, and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

The nearby Plantation and Ka'anapali Courses are open and offer stunning options for golfers.

Relaxing Condo in Kapalua

The condominium is nicely appointed with luxury finishes and made for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was great and they made check in and check out very simple.

Perfect Vacation

Everything and everyone at My Perfect Stays was incredible. The room was just like the beautiful pictures, the staff were super attentive and it was conveniently located, yet secluded enough that it was relaxing and private. The most sincerest thank you's for such a great vacation.

Stunning views met with cozy and upgraded interior.

This VRBO is amazing and I would highly recommend. Million dollar view from a well positioned balcony. The interior was amazing as it all seemed relatively new and higher end finishes.

Great holiday place

Lovely, well kept apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Spacious bedroom and lovely outlook onto the greens from the living spaces. We loved how close we were to Kapalua bay and Napili beach as these beaches were great with a 2 yr old. Also, enjoyed using the pools!

STUNNING

One of the prettiest condos I’ve ever stayed in. Has EVERYTHING you could need, very nice amenities, towels, kitchen items, my ONLY recommendation would be a normal height dining table but that’s just a personal preference. Truly luxury experience. It is kinda far from decent grocery shopping so stop at Costco or target on your way in from airport.

Great Stay and Condo

Condo was just as described. Nice view from lanai, good location, and short walk to beach. Condo is updated, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen (blender, pans, toaster, etc.). I've stayed in other one-bedroom Golf Villas, and I only missed the extra shower in second bathroom.

Anniversary Couple

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! We loved the villa, the location, the service. The villa was just beautiful, with high quality appliances, finishes, furnishings, and a picture postcard view. The feel is both comfortable and upscale. The unit is very well stocked. It was a delightful place for our anniversary celebration vacation. We would definitely recommend this with five stars and look forward to our next trip there!

Our first time staying at Kapalua Golf Villa. 12V1. Beautiful and stunning condo. Great view of Napili.. beautifully decorated and everything you would need in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Super quiet. Property maintenance awesome.. we will be coming back soon!! Loved our Maui stay

Great, quiet get-away

Stayed for 8 days on Maui! First time staying at the Kapalua Golf Villas. First impression was good, the unit is very nice, updated and easy to find. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you would need to cook every meal “in house”. Ice maker in refer was broke and said it was “not fixable”which was a pain if you like to have your own drinks! Be ready to make lots of ice cubes the “old fashioned” way with ice trays! Washer /dryer in unit is a big plus! I did several loads of laundry which made packing lite much easier! Parking is not an Issue unless some

Great Stay

This condo is lovely. The location is private yet convenient to many beaches and stores. The balcony was our favorite part as we were able to enjoy coffee each morning while watching the golfers pass by. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked a few meals including using the pool side grills. The only suggestion I have is that the carpet either be removed or replaced. There is a musty smell and with so much beach activity carpet is not practical. Overall a fabulous stay.

Golf Villa V12

The Villa is very nice, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The balcony was great with a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. We enjoyed eating our meals out there everyday. The Villa is as pictured, although the carpet and mattress might need replacing sometime soon. However, We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone. My Perfect Stay management company was very responsive and helpful and made the check in process very easy.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. There were two adults and two teens in our party, and the accommodations were perfect for our group. I hadn't stayed in Kapalua before and absolutely loved it. There are so many different beaches to enjoy in walking distance of the condo; it was so convenient and the beaches were gorgeous. We also really appreciated all the onsite restaurants and the general store - it was so convenient for the days we didn't want to drive. The home was well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. The golf course view was an extra bonus, as was the basket of welcome treats upon our arrival. The in-unit washer and dryer was also very convenient and really there isn't anything we would have changed. We miss Maui already and can't wait to come back and stay again!

Perfect for the wife and I

Kapalua has always been our favorite place to stay in Maui. This was our first attempt at staying in a condominium there. We loved it with one exception. Why is the thermostat set to automatically shutoff after an hour and twenty minutes? I came to Maui to rest, relax and get refreshed for a week, but found that I could not sleep here very well. It took a long time to attempt to try to cool down the unit only to go to sleep and wake-up every couple of hours because the thermostat kept shutting off the air conditioning. We called Zac, great guy, with the management company and he said that the condos there do get rather hot due to the afternoon sun. I tried to cool the unit the best that I could but lost the battle each night when I went to sleep and it automatically shutoff again and again. A little constructive criticism, charge an additional $10/day and let me control the thermostat so that I can rest.

Memorable Location + Trip

We absolutely loved our condo. It was difficult to find upon arrival so my only suggestion would be to have clear unit directions. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed with a clear instruction manual (binder) explaining everything in the unit + around the area including favorite restaurants + beaches. We soon found out about all of the beach equipment that was readily available in the outside storage on the balcony and were so excited as we were having trouble getting any rentals. Our balcony lights were out and our A/C were not working a couple days in and they sent someone immediately to fix lights on our balcony and gave us a walk-through on the A/C and how all doors have sensors so if those aren't all closed the A/C would kick off in order to save energy. Once we figured that out we didn't have any more issues! When asked prior to our trip about crib rentals they gave great suggestions for us and we used Maui Baby rentals for all of our 1-year old needs and our items were delivered prior to our arrival for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and communication with Liz at My Perfect Stays was so helpful.

Excellent Property for relaxation

This property was beautiful. We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas and Kapalua Bay Villas many times before but at different properties. This property was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very well equipped with every amenity you would need for a home away from home while on vacation. Our only struggle was it was located upstairs and that proved to be a small challenge for my husband since he hurt his knee. The management company was by far the most thorough with constant communication and vacation instruction guides delivered via email up to two weeks before check-in through our night before check-out. We loved the location. Our lanai faced the 1st hole on the golf course. The outdoor furniture very comfortable. A nice place to enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with BBQ grills inside all pool areas. There are many walkways and trails to get your exercise. The property is also less than 2 miles from two of the best beaches, Napili Bay and Kapaulua Bay which, both offer some of the best snorkeling in the mornings along with sightings of whale breaches and spinner dolphins from the beach. Bring binoculars if you are lucky enough to go during the migration season. We also appreciated the beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs located in the unit. If I could suggest anything, perhaps the owners could invest in an umbrella for beach use as well. All of the rental stores were out and that sun can be hot! Otherwise, thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. Mahalo! Until next time.

Beautifully appointed golf villa

Great location and amenities. Property manager a little overbearing with threats of fines for various infractions. Not the aloha spirit we are used to after vacationing in Kapalua for over 10 years. Otherwise a memorable stay in paradise.

Beautiful condo

This place is clean, beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable and high quality, and the management team was helpful but not obtrusive in the slightest. I highly recommend this property for an individual or couple vacationing.
