Lake Front and just minutes from the track

Wonderful lake front condo on Lake Hamilton. 2 bedroom (King & Queen), 2 full baths, with 2 twin beds in the bonus room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Huge waterfront deck. Boat can be launched at the marina (half mile on the same street) and tied to the boardwalk in front of the condo for temporary use. Swim dock with ladder is directly in front of the condo. Nice quite location. There are 17 steps to the top floor condo, 1 designated parking spot (A), with additional guest parking next to the road or other non-lettered spaces. There is no on-street boat trailer parking. The drive way is rather steep, so individuals with limited mobility may have some difficulty with the parking lot and stairs.

*please note: due to misuse, the gas grill is not maintained. However, feel to bring a portable grill or propane/utensils/cleaning tool for the gas grill.

Perfect for our family!

This was the perfect location for us to stay! We took advantage of the pier and the swimming noodles in the closest! The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to enjoy!

Great place to stay!!

It a great view of the lake and is a very quiet neighborhood. The condo was very spacious, the ac worked well, and bathrooms are huge. Everything was great. We will certainly consider staying here again!

Great stay!

The place was exactly as advertised, and you get what you pay for. Clean, well-kept, with lake access. In a good location(close to the grocery store) and about 15 minutes from town. The owner replied quickly, and overall we had a great time! Would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Plenty of rooms/beds so our teens didn’t have to share and the location was near all the places we had planned. The unit is exactly as advertised - clean , well-kept with all the amenities with an amazing view! Huge bonus - it’s pet friendly! The host was easy to work, friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend for a quiet get away! Will plan to stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was on the water, quiet, clean. The beds were all comfortable, versatile, and exactly like described. Very affordable… and enough room for 7 people. Loved it! Very close to all the attractions, the gardens, downtown, parks, etc. The property manager was super quick in answering all our questions and solving all the issues we had. Would stay there again for sure!

Great quiet retreat

This rental was clean, roomy and very nice. New sofa sleeper was comfy for an extra bed. Perfect size for our family of 6. Nice size deck to enjoy a quiet morning with coffee or evening with a cocktail. Our kids would have loved to swim off the swim deck but we stayed when the water was too cold. Conveniently located to everything. Owner is super responsive to any questions you have before and during your stay.

Great property

Overall it was a very nice property. The unit is on the upper level so it had a lot of stairs going up. The parking lot was crazy steep. The book in the condo did not tell us for sure where we park a second vehicle and when we took the trash out we were not sure where to put the trash. The condo was really nice, it was really nice being on the water. I would definitely stay here again

Lake Stay

We enjoyed the stay right on the lake, and the place was a perfect size for our family. We did have a couple of issues, but it didn't prevent us from having a great time. There is a rail that is very lose, and with us being on the very top of the condo, I worried with the kids falling through it. The ice maker/water didn't work, and the place was very hot even when the thermostat was turned down. Maybe because it was on the third floor. But all above, it was a cozy place to stay, swim off the dock, and sit on the porch.

Nice condo in convenient location, but missing a few expected amenities

We were in Hot Springs for a wedding at Garvan Gardens and sightseeing with family. This condo is conveniently located to both the Gardens and downtown Hot Springs, and the location on a finger of Lake Hamilton was possibly cooler than locations not on the lake. We were a little disappointed in the condo amenities. There was no bathmat or bath soap in the second bathroom, and we felt the toaster oven needed a good cleaning. We also believe the thermostat was not accurate - a setting of 68 degrees yielded a temperature several degrees higher. But all of these items could be easily fixed. The price was economical and we would consider staying again.

Horse racing weekend

Condo was very nice.there was plenty of room the beds were good it was right on the lake,great balcony to drink coffee and see lake. Owner was nice and helpful.

Great value, needs updating, steep driveway

The property is located on the 2nd floor of a condo overlooking an inlet on the lake. When you arrive you can park on the street or drive down an extremely steep driveway to the designated parking space. The entrance is up a flight of wooden steps attached to the outside of the building. The deck has plenty of seating. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows, extra blankets. 3 rooms plus a fold out couch. The garbage disposal was broken and the door to the dishwasher leans towards the floor. All dishes, pots/pans, utensils etc were dingy and needed to be washed prior to use. Beyond that my only recommendation is there should be seating for more than just four in the kitchen and living room as the property sleeps 8. So four of us ate in the kitchen and two in the living room at meals. Just a short drive down the road to Walmart & Dollar Tree for any essentials you might need. We did have to run and get dish sponges to wash dishes and a few utensils the kitchen was lacking. Overall a great value and decent condition property. I feel the description for the property should indicate how steep the driveway is as people with small children or handicap will definitely have trouble navigating it.
