⚠️A Note on Character & Accessibility
Because The Blue Belle is a preserved Victorian, she has some unique quirks! The unit spans the second and third floors, which means climbing stairs is required to enter and move between levels. You’ll also find charming sloped ceilings that reflect the home's historic architecture. We believe the views and the privacy are well worth the climb!

You will have access to the entire rental unit, and your own two parking stalls! Smart key code will be given and keys in the unit will be provided.

Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that this is an upper unit (second and third floor) of a home that REQUIRES CLIMBING OF STAIRS to enter the unit and within the unit, so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Being an older Victorian home, it also does have some unique ceiling heights and slopes to be aware of. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority!

The Blue Belle is a non-smoking residence. No smoking of any kind (cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.) is permitted.

This is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors nearby.Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. This property is part of a 4-plex home, so please respect our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am while being considerate of noise levels at all times

There is a $100.00 fee charged if the key to The Blue Belle is lost. That is what it costs to have the locks changed to protect future guests, and us.
