This gorgeous beach house has all new furnishings for 2023 and is a short one block walk to direct beach access on a quiet strip of Fort Myers Beach. Sea Salt FMBfeatures 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. All 4 bedroomsfeature king size beds and two of those guest rooms feature exciting full sizebunk beds that will be the highlight of every child's stay. The unique property is perfect for large families or groups of friends who are looking to spend time making memories in the sun but also enjoy the opportunity for some individual space. Two thoughtfully decoratedliving rooms provide plenty of seating and gathering space while incorporating a modern coastal chic vibe. Two kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances are perfect for making a big family dinner or simply morning breakfast and vacation mimosas. Sea Salt FMB features 4 upper level patios with the two rear providing relaxing views of the pool and a lush background of tropical greenery. The lower level coveredpatio is the perfect spot to watch the kids splash in thegorgeous heated pool, watch the big game on our outdoor tvor al fresco dining. The house features on site beach cruisers perfect for islandexploring and plenty of beach chairs and supplies for a day in the sand and sun.

Host’s response to any questions was immediate. Easy short walk to the beach even with 3 toddlers-wagons, chairs & toys were great. Warm pool was very appreciated given the cooler temperatures while we were there. Very comfortable, ample bathrooms & space to spread out. Driving distance to grocery great.

Dustin was easy and friendly to communicate with, and the property is a short walk to the beach. The pool area was very nice, and beach supplies were available for us to use. One thing to note is that this is two independent units with the only shared common area on the ground level around the pool. We would've preferred the units to be connected without having to walk outside (between the two front doors), but we didn't realize they were that separated from the description calling this a home. It is two separate units, but this arrangement would work great for large parties that want more separation and private space. The property was very clean and neat, with basic supplies in the kitchens when we checked in. The full-size washer and dryer units were helpful and appeared to be very new.

A fantastic experience!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay at Sea Salt. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the amenities were great with an air fryer, coffee maker, grill, and TVs down by the pool. The kids and adults loved the pool and the short 7 minute walk to the beach. The host had a variety of beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys available for us. If we had any questions, the host replied to texts almost immediately. It is obvious that he takes pride in his property and takes care of his guests! We highly recommend this property.

Perfect for family!

Sea Salt FMB was a perfect spot for our family celebration/vacation. We had 8 of us, ages 3-70. The house is lovely, the pool is awesome, and the beautiful and uncrowded beach is a short walk away. There are lots of chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the beach, and beach cruiser bikes and wagons to use. We were a little surprised that damage and devastation from hurricane Ian in the area is still quite significant It was heartbreaking to see. Not a lot of restaurant choices that were available nearby. We had some wonderful meals out at the few that were available. We were there for the beach, the pool, and the family time, so it was perfect for us! Dustin was an awesome and very responsive host to work with.

Pre Christmas beach stay

We enjoyed a relaxing low key week at the beach before the holidays. The set up worked out great for our family traveling with 3 adult sons and my daughter”s family as there was plenty of space to be together but also room to spread out. It was an easy walk to the beach and we often had the beach to ourselves! The bikes were great for exploring the area and the heated pool felt amazing. Dustin was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. We hope to return again in the future!

More than expected

Let me first start with a review of the owner Dustin. He went above and beyond our whole trip. From answering questions within minutes, to providing great recommendations on restaurants and things to do, all the way down to giving us a few extra hours in his place when our flight got cancelled on check out day. There isn't a negative thing I can say. On the accommodations, I can say it exceeded our expectations. The place is super clean and set up for everything you need. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is fantastic as well only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, or hang out in the beautiful backyard with a pool and amazing lounge area. The area was super nice and quiet and perfect for our family vacation. I rarely take the time to write up a review, but felt compelled to write on up here. Our family is planning our vacation next year at the same spot.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything needed to spend the day at the beach. Which was a quick 5 minute walk from the house. The house was recently updated beautifully. The pool felt like a private oasis. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Even better than expected!

Our stay at SeaSalt couldn’t have been more comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts have thought of everything a family or group might need and have designed the homes with tasteful beach luxury. the spaces looked even nicer in person- no bait and switch here! The duplex style was perfect for our modern family, allowing separate living spaces with plenty of room to come together as a family. We all wanted to spend our entire week in the perfectly clean, cool, and clear saltwater pool or hanging out in the downstairs enclosed patio. Each space in the home was equipped with everything you might need, including new appliances, beach chairs, pool toys, wagons, coolers, coffeemakers, blow dryers, etc. The beach is just a few minutes away on the provided bikes, or around 5 minutes of safe walking, and the section of beach was very private, but had great sand and shells. The location was also convenient to Times Square or for driving to the neighboring towns. The only potential downside is that it’s a little off the main strip, but that’s actually a positive for us, as it was nice and quiet and private. Our host Dustin was the nicest and genuinely interested in us having a great time. He was so communicative and full of great advice about how to spend time at FMB and the surrounding areas. I am already planning dates for our next stay!

Absolutely loved this house. Perfect amount of room for 4 adults with great accommodations. Very clean house and pool. Loves that there were bikes, ping pong tables and beach gear to use. Very short walk or ride to direct beach access. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 4BR/4BA in Fort Myers Beach

While in the area for a family wedding, the accommodations were perfect for six adults as each bedroom had an attached bathroom. We were very pleased with the comfortable beds, pillows and towels. The pool was well-maintained and it was an easy walk to the beach/gulf. Having a Keurig for morning coffee was a good way to start the day.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Our family had a FANTASTIC time at Sea Salt. Very short walk to the beach with everything you need (pop-up canopy, umbrellas, chairs, and toys galore for the kids). Dustin was a great host, was very responsive, and answered all of our questions. Both condos were very clean and our kiddos loved the bunk beds. Stay here if you are in FNB, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

Sea Salt FMB is a wonderful example of how great VRBO experiences can be. Everything about this place was perfect for our family vacation for 7 adults and 2 children. The property provides for great group setting but available privacy given it is both sides of a duplex. The amount of things included with the stay was incredible - from the pool toys/floats, beach equipment, bikes, YouTube TV...Dustin thought of everything we needed. Dustin was possibly the best host ever. Coming from someone who trains relationship managers in my field, Dustin's communication was amazing. He was personable and understanding. I would give 7/5 stars if I could. Thanks Dustin!

Perfect for our extended family

SeaSalts was all we could hope for. The proximity to the beach was great for the little grandkids. The duplex worked beautifully for us. We enjoyed the pool immensely. Clean, up-to-date, comfortable! The pool and beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas made for a great stay. Hope to come back again.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

I can’t speak highly enough for this gem of a place. The owners had outstanding communication with us throughout our entire stay, made the checking in/out process think-less and had everything you need for a beach vacation available to you! There are tons of beach chairs, wagons, beach and pool toys and bikes. The kitchens are fully stocked with pots/ pans and dishes, and they do have a gas grill available as well which was a huge bonus!! The place was spotless, adorably decorated and only a 4- 5 minute walk to the beach! The beach access is directly across the street and was not in a busy area at all. We had plenty of room and sometimes felt like we had a private beach! This was by far the best vrbo we have stayed in. We can’t wait to return to #seasaltfmb!!!

Great house in an awesome location!

We (myself, my spouse, and 4-year-old son) stayed for an extended weekend and had a great time. The owner was very prompt in communicated whenever I had questions. The house was decently clean, but we would have preferred it cleaner. The pool was perfect and the the garage was full of pool and beach toys for our son to use. There was also a stroller and a cart for carrying all of your stuff to the beach. This house is just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the grocery store, which we absolutely loved. There is a lot to like about this place. We hope to be back!

Beautiful home close to the beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The house is very clean and modern with all amenities. It is perfect for a large family or group of friends that can spend the time together and at the same time maintain privacy offered by two separate main entrances, separate set of bedrooms and kitchens. The heated pool was the highlight for my kids. The house is only a block away from the beach. The bicycles and pool+beach toys, chairs that are part of the rental came in very handy. The host was also very responsive to all my questions and was flexible with the checkin time. Overall, a great place to spend some quality vacation time!

Great place and stay

The stay was absolutely perfect. The house is perfect for a family stay or two families or sets of friends traveling together as it is a Duplex. The pool was great and there were plenty of pool toys to enjoy for young and old. We really enjoyed the Cruisers and rode the bikes up and down Estero Blvd., for both enjoyment and errands. The owner (Dustin) was a perfect host, he was very communicative and made sure everything was in order, even on Christmas Day. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.
