Ven y disfruta del encanto de la playa de Fort Myers en esta casa de campo de 2 dormitorios recientemente renovada, ubicada al sur del muelle. Esta casa elevada sobre pilotes ofrece un montón de estacionamiento y un espacio de almacenamiento para equipos de playa. Un porche cubierto le permite sentarse y disfrutar del aire libre, sin importar el clima.

En la planta superior, la mayor parte del espacio es un concepto abierto con una nueva cocina, comedor y sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana grande y reproductor Blue Ray. Hay un nuevo baño con bañera y ducha fuera de este espacio, que también está justo al lado de un dormitorio Queen. El dormitorio principal King tiene un baño privado con bañera y ducha. Los colores alegres y brillantes y la linda decoración de la playa hacen de este un lugar perfecto para una escapada No olvide que aceptamos mascotas para perros pequeños de menos de 30 lb. con una tarifa adicional.

Pool was wonderful and short walk to beach. Tv in master had a Roku but it did not work but that’s ok. Overall will try to stay here again.

pool was dirty and very low on water I scrubbed the pool. Washer and dryer was broken. Railing on stairs pulled away from wall not in a stud and a few other things…For what I paid??? It’s a cute property but needs care.

Communication and responsiveness to issues were very good and appreciated. The home needs some general maintenance, as well as the exterior patio area and patio furniture. The pool was nice, but the heater did not work all week. Overall it was fine for the week - all kitchen appliances worked and grill was nice. Washer did not work all week - but maintenance did come multiple times to fix.

My family had an amazing time staying at dolphin dream. The home and pool is very kid friendly and is an excellent location to everything you could need and want to do. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Wedding planning

Wonderful property, the pool and beds were just perfect. Came down to make wedding plans for my son and daughter-Inlaw to be. The location was very convenient, home was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Spacious

Plenty of space, balcony is nice to sit on in the evening. Pool was not heated. Everything you could need is in the home.

Daniel, the pool is heated at Dolphin Dream , possibly the dates you were there was when the air temperatures we so cold over night , the pool heaters are electric and this year they have struggled to keep the pools at 85 . I do apologize! Sun Palace Vacations

Baseball trip

Our second year to FMB to play baseball. Love the house and location. Sad to see the damage from the hurricane right after we left last year but the area is making its way back. The pool and beach were great as well. Will definitely try to get this property again!

The house was beautiful. The problem 1st problem on Friday of our stay was the pool. Extremely filthy, large leaves, dirt, and depris. Then the pool pump wasnt working at all.I emailed 2 times but never heard back from anyone. Then the temperature dropped and we tried to heat the house. When I called Saturday January 31 to the emergency line I was told that it was to late to send anyone. The house got to 45 degrees over night. The next day a electrician came out and said the house was never wired for heat. Very disappointed because we paid alot to stay. 1 we could use the pool on Friday when it was nice and 2, no heat in the house. Someone did bring space heaters that next day. Again, the home was beautiful and clean but disappointed in the lack of upkeep ob the pool and no heat in the house.

Stacy, I do apologize about no heat , We were not aware of that at the time. We have noted this is the listing . All properties have a pool vendor that comes weekly to service the pools , it is difficult to get them to come back a second time in the week , as they take care of many pools and many times cannot come back on a different day . I know that this can be a problem and we do apologize , we are trying to come up with a solution to this issue . Sun palace Vacations

Worked but needs work

House is fine, has a king bed and a bunk bed that our kids used. Pool was a good size for the kids, it’s not large. We had a few issues that I know can’t be helped but something to consider. Every morning we had had dead birds by the pool and the pool constantly had bird poop in it. There are currently three houses being built next door and construction started at 6am every day. The neighbors that I believe were not in a rental unit but actually own it were very noisy. Things the owners could help: the house looks neglected, like they threw it back together after the stores. It didn’t bother us but it also didn’t present well. The shower faucets are infuriating as to how to adjust the temperature. House looked clean when we walked in but then noticed the vents, bathroom fans were full of dust. Ceilings had spots of something on them. Fridge water dispenser is broken. Truly everything was fine for us in this regard. We aren’t picky people but it’s worth noting if you are or expect more. The two things that did really bother us besides the noise and birds were that someone came and blew off the property while my wife was laying by the pool. He also shattered the shells my kids had collected and had sitting out after rinsing off. I wasn’t very happy with either of these things. Also someone stopped by to take the trash out yet there are signs about taking the trash out on Thursday. Again while my wife was laying by the pool. Overall fine but not great.

Eric, this year we have had quite a time with Birds in pools, we are trying geese decoys and owls to stop them from getting in the pools , and they are too smart! So we are trying to implement a new plan, we have never experienced this in prior years and it really is an issue. We will have cleaners take a look around the property and get the things you mentioned taken care of , we appreciate that! I will also note the power washing at the pool while your wife was there I am so sorry about that , this should not have happened. Do you know was it the pool vendor? Sun Palace Vacations

Hurrikan Ian 2022

Kein hinweis darüber erhalten, dass sich das Objekt mitten in einem Hurrikan 2022 Gebiet liegt. Sehr viele Häuser in der Umgebung sind nicht mehr vorhanden oder baufällig. Eine riesige Baustelle mit Baulärm. Keine Einkaufs Möglichkeit mehr ln Fort Myers Beach vorhanden.

Das haus ist leider schon in die jahre gekommen und etwas abgenutzt es sollte evtl. Mal renoviert werden speziell die Badezimmer...es währe auch toll wenn es Fahrräder in haus geben würde..
