The Seabreeze Retreat is a beach house with all the comforts you would want in South Florida. The project originated when the founders had the idea to re-create their favorite South Florida living experiences under one roof. The house was professionally designed by local architecture firm Aterlier Lumi, to help make this vision come to life. An earthy color palette is used throughout the home with attention to small details, intricate decorations, furniture, and artwork.

The house was thoughtfully renovated with great attention to detail. As soon as you walk through the doors you are transported into a luxury Mediterranean villa. The kitchen features a beautiful arch as the accent piece and exposed wood beams (original to the 1960s house). The cabinets are custom-made by local craftsmen and resemble pleated wood fusing a modern kitchen with rustic Sicilian vibes. Your stay with us will be one you will never forget!

Enjoyed the house with our family for Easter. Roomy house which accommodated us all with no problem. Grandchildren enjoyed the backyard with all the activities. It helped that we had beautiful weather. We grilled and ate outside - room for all !

Location, Location, Location

Perfect location to beach, restaurants and all Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Heated pool, hot tub and the out door workout area kept my family entertained. Communication with owner was easy and quick responding. Only suggestion maybe is to update the cooking utensils and pans but they were workable regardless. Great place.

Christmas disaster

Our stay in this home was awful. The pictures online were edited to make everything look more update than it actually is. The washing machine broke halfway through the stay and the agent did not offer us any alternative way to get our laundry done. There was musty smell through the house. Old furniture and junk was in the front yard until we asked them to move it.

Hurricane Getaway

In preparation for Hurricane Milton, we decided to head south and secure a VRBO. The first two properties that we looked at were in West Palm Beach. We secured the first one through VRBO and the owner only for them to cancel our reservation at 0130 am as we were heading south for refuge. We booked a second one and within two hours, the owner canceled again stating that the listing should not have been posted as someone was living there. In a panic, we searched again, now looking at Ft. Lauderdale. We once again booked a property only this time, the host Justin, followed through with our reservation. Justin not only confirmed everything through VRBO with us but also communicated with a very reassuring phone call. He also was incredibly flexible with the dates and accommodated our every need. The check-in process could not have been easier with very clear instructions. The home was extremely spacious for the four of us as it could comfortably sleep 16 people. This property has a lovely pool, hot tub, games, multiple televisions and is beautifully positioned between activities, groceries and a short walk from the beach. I have lived in Florida for 52 years and never made it toe Ft. Lauderdale beach. On this excursion, we took the time to venture out to the beach which was one of the highlights. This home would be perfect for large families or reunions. Many thanks to Justin for securing our much needed retreat and reassuring us that we had a safe haven awaiting our arrival.

Everything you need

We stayed for our daughter’s birthday and July 4th. The sandy beach is a few minutes away and the home had everything you needed to enjoy the stay. The A1A is right on the front of the home and the pavement is narrow so take care if you’re walking your pups or have kids. That said, the road didn’t affect us in the home or pool area. We would stay here again, we had a great time!

Short Business Trip

Daily get away

We had a great stay at this location. We had a large group of three families and were able to comfortably fit everyone. The property is located near the beach and lots of restaurants. In addition to the location, we really enjoyed the backyard space with pool and hot tub. Our host was very responsive and offered recommendations for things we were looking for in the area. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area wanting to be near the beach!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This house was perfect for my bachelorette! It was an easy walk to the beach and such a cute place to hang with my friends! The beds were very comfy, and the pool was great. Bachelorette Party

This listing was the perfect property for us 12 girls to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. The house has an open concept with comfortable couches & a huge table so it was perfect for us to enjoy each others company. Overall the home was beautiful and really made our vacation amazing. Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here There was plenty of room for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The backyard is great and provides lots of entertainment. We loved the pool. The location is great - a bit noisy with traffic but also close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Justin is a great host - responds quickly and very attentive. I would recommend staying here!
