Washer, dryer, Queen bed, 50” Samsung crystal UHD Smart TV. Outdoor area with seating. Property fully protected by Blink security. Offers close distance to many activities including Oregon wine country, hiking, 2 lakes within minutes, less than 2 hrs to the Oregon coast or the Cascade mountain range, an easy day trip to the local ski area, and more!

Cottage Grove Hideaway

Awesome place to stay.....having a power outage was a bit of a bummer but Jessica gave us a heads up before we got there which was nice. Comfy bed and very clean.

Great little spot!

The place was great! We were doing a bike trip and it was a perfect place to stay in the middle of our trip. The laundry machines being available right there was an added bonus and much appreciated. Thanks again!

Great short stay!

Coffee pods, tea assortment and cream and sugar were a nice touch as well as the complimentary to go breakfast options. Small place but had everything you would need for just a few people. Jess was vey responsive to any questions.

Great Location

My wife and I along with our dog stayed 5 nights over and extended holiday weekend. The efficiency was well furnished with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and a washer and dryer. We were close to the city center with nice places to eat and some cool shops to explore.

CG Studio Cottage Rental

The unit was clean and well equipped to make our stay comfortable in feeling like "home". The decor was beautiful and creative. The neighborhood was quiet and afforded us peaceful nights. We would certainly recommend this unit to others.

Weekend getaway

Great option for private time away -- quiet studio with nice accommodations and thoughtful amenities by the hostess. Missed the breakfast option first night (our fault) but enjoyed her To Go option the 2nd morning. Very clean and comfortable with current decor and style. Nice to have full well stocked kitchen.

Nice private unit while in oregon for Ducks game

This was a very clean private and quiet unit. We were unable to find a place to stay during a very busy time in Eugene so I found this on VRBO and we were very satisfied with our stay. Not too far from the U of O :) we will stay here again in the future if Eugene is sold out!!

amazing and will definitely be back

a beautiful little studio tucked back away in private and silence with easy access fully packed and furnished with all you need..just bring food , huge bathroom with washer/dryer full kitchen/queen bed, more than the pictures speak, wonderful family ownership on-site if need anything and the location is perfect accessibility to i-5 / hwy 99 and minutes from any thing you need from this very quiet neighborhood...all I can say is I hope our dates will be available on our next trip bottom line...extremely quiet/ spacious/ very comfortable/ very clean/ wifi/cable/...just needs needs you thank you jess see you next year aloha

Clean, Cool (summertime,) Complete! Would Book Again!!

We (My Partner, the Cat and I) booked this studio when our original vacation plans were interrupted by a work emergency. We picked this place mainly because she allowed cats (which we ended up getting a sitter for and not brining,) the location and the price. We live a couple towns over and were already familiar with the area but staying here reminded us why we love this little town. It’s a short walk to downtown Cottage Grove, Bonanza (hamburgers, slots, milkshakes) or if you like to bike there is miles of bike paths just outside of town. The studio itself is EXACTLY what is shown in the pictures and I really appreciate that. No edits or filters etc. It was already perfectly clean and tidy but if you’re the person who needs to do a once over for peace of mind there were wipes and disinfectant etc provided. Ok the things that made this place exactly what we needed and made us want to move in ;) The bed! White bedding, Super Comfy, laptop tray for over the bed, oooh I think I slept for an entire day because of that bed. Next, the laundry room/bathroom. Big, new washer and dryer with detergent, dryer balls, etc provided!! The bathroom and laundry are in the same room which is nice because it’s warm when you get out of the shower. It’s pretty big room you can have 2-3 people in there comfortably getting ready etc. Also provided were magical robes. Warm but spacious. Thick, like you’re wearing a hug. I think I spent another day sleeping in those red chairs and the robe. If you’re thinking I sleep a lot, yes, but also blackout curtains! Now to answer a question someone might have because we had this question too, is this your own place or is it attached to the house? It is on the same lot as the owners property but not attached. You have your own parking area which is on the other side of the yard but if you need to be any closer you could park on the street no problem. There is a walkway in between the owners home and the studio where you will need to walk to get to the door. We never once saw or heard from (well unless I wrote her with a question then she was quick to respond) the owner, Jessica. We know she was there but she did a really great job of giving us 100% privacy. There is also a private yard area for the studio she has a fence splitting the yard between her area and yours. So it’s private not the most private because she is right next door but again it was just like a neighbor we never saw, next door! Thank you Jessica!!! We loved it.

Perfect for us with our dog. The outside yard that was for our use could use some work but worked to let our dog out to do his business(we of course picked up his mess)

What an awesome little spot to stay! The host is very thoughtful, notice all those details in the posting, you find just as many in the studio. Air conditioning worked awesome in 100 degree days, bed is very comfortable! I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in town!!

Awesome Private cottage in Cottage Grove!

Despite a little hiccup with check in (lockbox was malfunctioning), Jessica came right out and let us in, our stay in this adorable Cottage Grove studio was perfect in every way. The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. Jessica went above and beyond with personal touches and extra amenities. We highly recommend this space if you're staying in cottage grove. It's the perfect location for exploring Lane County and beyond.
