Welcome to Sea Lark! If you’re looking for the ideal mix of fun-time and down-time, then this is the house for you! Located in the thriving community of Seacrest Beach, Sea Lark will give you immediate access to an acclaimed beach, resort-style pool, and a variety of dining, entertainment and outdoor options—there’s something here for every age, stage and personality, and all without turning on a car! This 2,903-square-foot property offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, and accommodates multiple families or groups vacationing together. It features a fresh, updated ambience and is designed to function well for the needs of the traveler.

• Fewer than 500 yards from a deeded beach access.
• Close to the community’s 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool (which includes a cafe and grassy amphitheater area for concerts, movies, and play).
• Steps away from free, seasonal tram service (especially convenient when hauling gear to the beach).
• Adjacent to kid-friendly green space.
• An easy walk to fine dining, shopping, and live entertainment in Peddler's Pavilion, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
• Wraparound porch, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, and multiple private balconies.
• Enclosed outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) that leads into mudroom.
• Dedicated parking for 2 vehicles and additional street parking.
• Complimentary VayKGear vouchers to procure recreational equipment such as kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. (An email with a menu of equipment choices will be sent once reservation is complete. All gear will be delivered to Sea Lark.)

Wonderful home with all the perks to make this family/friends vacation a success! Erica, the operations manager, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay! Best customer service we could have asked for… Made all the difference! Can't wait to come back!

WONDERFUL

MY FAMILY OF 9 STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR 5 NIGHTS. IT WAS ROOMY, CLEAN, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, ABOUT 5 MIN, TO THE HUGE, BEAUTIFUL POOL. I COULDN'T GO TO THE BEACH ,(I'M OLD}. MY FAMILY LOVED IT BUT WITH MY HEA RT CONDITION, I WOULDN'T RISK THE WALK. OUR HOST WAS QUICK A ND RESPONSIVE TO THE LITTLE ISSUES WE HAD,EVERYONE WOULD GO BACK AGAIN. WE LOVED IT!!!!!

Perfect celebration house!

Sea Lark was the perfect place for our family as we celebrated the engagement of our daughter and future son-in-law with his family. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Each bedroom was very comfortable, bathrooms were fabulous, and the living area and kitchen were just right for celebration and spontaneous dance parties. Perfect location to restaurants, the beach, and that fabulous resort pool. Loved having the green space behind. The only issue was a fuse for the washing machine but maintenance came quickly and fixed it the same day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This home was truly a blessing. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome location, great house, but overall management and communication could be better

We stayed at this house with our 2 young kids and the location of this house made it easy to get to the pool, beach and town area. The house was large and very spacious for multiple families. It was fairly clean overall, but the floors were quite dirty and our feet instantly turned black on the bottom if we didn’t wear our shoes. We tried to be flexible as we understood it was a beach house. A few other small things to note about the house: - the Wi-Fi didn’t work and we needed two separate workers to come out to fix. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience - the power outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. We looked for a switch, but couldn’t find anything to fix the issue, so we had to take the toaster and coffee maker in a different room to use - No additional trash bags were provided except the bags in the trash. FYI for larger parties - Grill didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience since we had to change our wknd plans with friends. No discount was offered. We’ve stayed at multiple houses in the area and we’re a bit disappointed with the communication and management of this home. We had issues receiving email communication and had to proactively reach out for check-in info, wristband access, and beach equipment rental. I’d expect a bit better service for a home in this area.

Fun large house!

We were down for a baseball tournament and had two families staying there. We had plenty of room for everybody, and we loved the big porch for having other baseball families over for dinner. The location was great, and we loved being able to walk to peddlers pavilion at night for music. Great house!!

Perfect for a multiple family vacation!

This home was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed for the three families we vacationed with! Location can’t be beat; such a quick walk to the beach, pool, or into town for dinner! And the porches were so nice to sit and relax in the late afternoon after coming in from the beach. We had a bed frame that was obnoxiously squeaky, and the property manager sent someone to fix it within a few hours. Great communication! We would absolutely come back

Fantastic House

Loved the house! The only issue was the third floor , it was so hot and not good for adults to sleep in. Otherwise, no issues with the home at all. Location was wonderful and close to everything!

Perfect family vaca!

We loved this house! It was so clean and fit our family of 13 perfectly. I loved how close it was to our beach access. I did have to communicate with the property manager and she was wonderful to work with and resolved our small issue promptly. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Impressive!

Sea Lark was one of the most inviting homes we’ve rented. The owners have added small touches that make the house easy to use and comfortable. It’s a great house for multiple families and ages. Different gathering spaces indoors and out make it easy to come together…or escape for some quiet time. The home is well decorated and updated. The owners clearly want their guests to enjoy their time in the house. Highly recommend!

Beach Bound

House worked out great for our trip. Enough rooms and bathrooms for our family and a few extra things for the children. We really liked how close this house was to the pool. We had a little communication trouble before when I had a few questions about the property but all got worked out in the end. Great house and can’t wait to visit again.

Awesome beach house for large group

This house suited our family perfectly. The interior of the house is light, bright and updated. The location was great as we were near the pool and a short walk to the beach. And the small park behind the house was a great place for the kids to run off steam!
