Sleeping 12 people there’ll be enough room for everyone in your group! Fantastic amenities like a wraparound porch with Corn Hole, Checkers and rocking chairs that can offer a quiet place to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the view. There is a cozy hot tub area and a grill. Take a little hike down the hill in the front yard to a really unique firepit area. Downstairs the recently updated recreation room has video games (old school multicade), a ping pong table, a pool table and the perfect place to watch movies or football. There is even an easy hookup if you bring your own X Box or PlayStation. There is a PS5 in the picture for you to see, but you need to bring your own. You’ll never be bored when you stay in this cabin!

NEW HANDICAPPED RAMP for the main level, and there is access on the bottom level as well but you have to be outside to go floor to floor if you can't use stairs.

Layout:
MAIN LEVEL: Enter the cabin via the 1,600 square foot covered porch. The porch is filled with comfortable rocking chairs, a gas grill and a relaxing hot tub for your enjoyment. As you enter, you will notice an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all combined to make the perfect area for gathering. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and a huge full bathroom with a large shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser filled for your use. The other 2 bedrooms have their own queen-sized bed. There is one other full bathroom on this level shared between the queen bedrooms and the rest of the house. Add in the pullout sleeper sofa on this level and you can sleep up to 8 guests. You have two hall closets and a full-size laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a laundry sink for you.

LOWER LEVEL: There is a great entertainment level downstairs with an exciting pool table, a fun Multicade Arcade Game (Loaded with all the 1980's arcade favorites like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga and more!) and plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One features a King-sized bed and the other features 4 queen bunkbeds. The bunkbeds have linens in the room, but guests make these beds as they aren't always used, and I don't want the linens being out all the time. There is a full bathroom on this level as well with the amenity dispenser in the shower.

Easy access roads, paved driveway, and a dry covered carport for you to unload if the weather isn't perfect! Easily fit 6 or more cars in the driveway and carport.

Big Bear Lodge is a wonderful place, off the beaten path, but still close enough to the Fun in the Smokies.
