UTK Graduation Weekend

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! This amazing Victorian house was a joy to explore upon arrival as we marveled at the architecture and furnishings. Very clean, very comfortable beds, and a terrific kitchen and large dining room for family meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental. 10 members of my family had a great reunion on Boyd’s Creek Highway, Sevierville! Here are some of our comments. We recommend you go stay there. 1. Great location. Centrally located and convenient to Smoky Mountains, Knoxville, Sevierville, Dollywood, etc. 2. Beautiful countryside. 3. Grounds are spectacular and well maintained. 4. The suites were great with convenient bathing arrangements. We never ran out of hot water. 5. Plenty of parking. 6. Wifi works great. 7. Beautiful Christmas tree. 8. Fire pit was fun. 9. The house was very clean. 10. Rocking chairs on the front porch were fun.11. Really quiet rooms.

We loved our stay!

Our ladies group from church chose this property for our women's church retreat. The house and property was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The house had everything we needed to cook with and plenty of linens for bathrooms and kitchen. Highly recommend staying here!

A Beautiful Victorian experience

Our stay was simply wonderful at the Whaley Victorian. It was like going back in time. The furnishings were vintage and charming. It was the perfect venue for our wedding.

The Perfect Wedding Venue!!!

We hosted our wedding at this stunning property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home and grounds were even more beautiful than we imagined—every detail was perfect and made for the most magical setting. Amy, our host, was absolutely amazing to work with: responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Gorgeous Home on Beautiful grounds

We loved our stay. The property was immaculate and I felt like I was at a high end hotel yet in a gorgeous vintage home. As a family, we stay in quite a few rental houses throughout the Southeast and I would say this was one of the more fun and clean houses we have ever stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay!

First off, this property is so cute! We loved the Victorian style and timely furnishings but all with comfort. We really enjoyed the property and played outside with the kids and rocked on the beautiful front porch. We would definitely stay again- quick drive to wilderness in the smokies. Amy the owner was so helpful and quick to accommodate. Loved our stay!!!!

Yearly Family Trip

We were all extremely pleased with our stay! On of our best vacations yet! The house was perfect. Everything we wanted it to be! We will be back and we have already and will continue to recommend. Wedding weekend

I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had or anytime I needed anything. The house was perfect in every way. I saw this house and knew this was the place I wanted to get married. The house is modern but has a lot of the old charm I love. Pictures don’t do it justice. I would definitely return to this host who has a few other Airbnb spots in the area.

Beautiful Charm for wedding & Family time!

If we could give more than 5 stars I would. The place has such beautiful charm for that perfect getaway, and for us a beautiful setting for our wedding with close family and friends. Victorian charm with southern hospitality. The place provided all your needs and more to make sure your stay here was like being at home. We could not have asked for a better experience with such great communication and accommodation from the host. Family and friends have even talked about booking here again for a trip in the future. For a getaway, special event, or just special place for memories with loved ones; highly recommend location and host.

MY FAVORITE STAY, EVER!

I’ve booked a lot of properties but this one is my favorite by a long shot. Communicating with the owner, Amy, was very pleasant and quick. She’s a total gem. I have never had a more exceptional experience. If you’ve looked through the photos then you’ve seen how charming this house is, but it is impossible for photos to do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning in real life! It is modern but cozy and just all around beautiful. I can’t wait to book here again.

Perfect!!

We had a intimate wedding with close family & friends. The weather was amazing! The Venue absolutely BREATHTAKING!! I cannot recommend this location enough to hold a beautiful wedding. Amy was very easy to work with & very assessable. I have pictures to share but can’t figure out how to share them.

Perfect Wedding Weekend!

Amy so graciously hosted us for our intimate wedding celebration with our family and closest friends and it was a perfect weekend! The house is in an amazing location, and was in perfect condition when we arrived, the cleanest property we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The house is just as beautiful in person, with amazing high end finishes and it was perfectly stocked to take care of our guests! Amy was the perfect host, she has been so accommodating and she has great communication and made us feel so taken care of! We’re forever thankful for our stay at this beautiful property!

A Step Back in Time, Meets Modern

We spent a wonderful extended weekend hanging out at this beautiful house! They have taken a historical home and added updates and modernization in a way that blends beautifully. Each room is lightly furnished, making for less clutter. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The fire pit(complete with dry wood) was perfect for a chilly evening. Despite being on a busy road and close to the many attractions of Serveirville, the house sits far enough off the road that it’s quiet and peaceful. Added bonus-the cutest little country church next door!❤️ Do not miss out on a chance to stay here! You will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous house!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip. We would only have about 36 hours all together as a group, so we spent a large portion of our time at the house. There was plenty of space for us to all hang in one room or each go do our own thing when we needed a few minutes to decompress and not be on top of each other. Amy was a great host and very responsive to my questions and messages. We arrived during the Great Internet Outage of 2024 (aka Y2K twenty-four years late!) and I was unable to get on VRBO to check the house code, but Amy had already provided that information to me in a welcome message sent to my email through VRBO a few days prior so we were still able to check in without any issue, which was wonderful! Despite being a group of 8 women, there was plenty of room for us all to get ready for the day/shower/use the toilet/etc. There were some times where we were doubled up in the bathrooms, but several of the bathrooms are large enough that we weren't on top of each other. Myself and one other person shared a bed, but there was enough space to set up an air mattress if we had decided to go that route. I typically stay in a cabin when I am in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area, but this is definitely a house I would stay at again!

Wedding stay

The house was beautiful just as discribed on VRBO. My daughter was celebrating her wedding. We took many photos of her in the house and on the grounds. Ms.Amy kept in contact with us to see if we needed anything. Could not have been a better place to celebrate my daughter and her new husband. Thanks and hope to be back to stay here again.
