Great customer service!

Customer service was amazing! The air conditioning unit seemed to not be keeping up with the heat when we arrived. We figured it was just us being hot from arriving and moving everything in. By the time we got back from dinner the 3rd story was very warm! The owners were able to get someone out right away to look at the unit. It was iced over and not able to be fixed that night. They were great with working with us and getting us into another unit with no hesitation. Wonderful to work with when what could have turned into a very big issue in July!

Nice Place

The property was clean, spacious, stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent, cleaners and more. The kitchen lacked a few things for cooking purposes.

Just as expected Astay

Everything was great! Highly recommend staying here. Smooth process from beginning to end. My only suggestion, is to put a TV in all of the bedrooms and not just the master.

We were within 20 minutes to all the attractions we wanted to hit. It made our family trip more enjoyable to be together at the beginning and end of our days.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Where to start? Immediately after checking in we discovered the master bedroom with a sliding door has no blinds or drapes (even though listing pictures show them). Not only does that make changing inconvenient, the street lights would shine in all night and a good nights sleep was impossible. 2 toilets wouldn’t flush the entire time we were there and when we contacted the host (who responded TWO DAYS later) he said “just lift the top off each time and hold the chain” - not exactly a 5 star experience. 2 bathrooms had no hot water. None of the tv remotes worked - host said he would drop some off but never did. Nails/screws sticking out of walls. None of the bathroom outlets worked. Paint is ripping off walls and there is missing trim in random spots. Crown moulding above the kitchen cabinets almost fell off. The master bedroom is advertised as a queen bed but it’s actually a double. The place is clearly in the middle of renovations and despite booking months ago we were never notified. In fact they said the blinds in the master were removed the day before we arrived. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place and host. Offering a 10% refund when more than 50% of the basic amenities didn’t work is insulting and then offering to send repair people 12 hours before we check out after a 3 night stay is ridiculous. Avoid avoid avoid.

We had a great stay. It was a little farther to Broadway than I wished for. Beds, linens were hotel quality. Easy, convenient parking.

The rooms were nice. There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The area around the building could be better but it seems safe. There are a lot of people walking their dogs in the area. It's a short drive to anything you need.

Great place

The place is decorated nicely and a great location. Dog park across the stree4 and store on the corner. Communication eith the owners was easy and they respond quickly. I would highly recommend.

Great choice for groups

The layout of the beds/baths was perfect for our multi-generational mixed-gender group. Super comfortable! A bit more seating area for relaxing would be great for groups who want to hang out in the house. Not much of an issue for us as we were out and about most of the time.

Great location

This property was very good for a family get-together, close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood near a playground, with ample free parking. New townhouse in excellent condition. Very nice closets. Not for people who can’t handle stairs, as bedrooms are on second and third floors. Kitchen is well equipped, though appliances are a bit dated.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a college roommate trip. Loved the home, area, and proximity to Nashville.The host was great to work with and we teally enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed!

Great communication with property manager!

The house is in good condition and was really clean and organized. However, it could use a little maintenance. Some walls and furniture has dents and scratches. But communication con the property manager was great, and they responded to all our questions in a timely matter. The location is great closed to all mayor highways and has stores less than 5 minutes away. Overall we have a good experience.

Stay at The Song

The property was very nice! Lovely neighborhood and good parking, the place was super spacious and slept everyone in my group comfortably. The place itself was not as clean as I expected however, it was still manageable. I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend it!

Nice 4 bedroom

My wife and I stayed with our three adult children and their significant others. Bedrooms were decent size with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Only downside I would say is that the living area is a bit on the small side so entertaining was a little difficult. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here

Nice place!

Overall we liked the property. We were not expecting the amount of stairs to climb up to the 3rd floor bedrooms though so just mentioning that here as we didn't see that in other reviews. The neighborhood was nice and relatively quiet (exception is the business right across the street - loud early morning vehicles and employees). We had to reach out to the property mgr a couple times and they were responsive (no major issues).

Comfy Stay

We had a fantastic stay at The Song. This newly build space was super clean, very comfortable and within minutes of everything in Nashville including coffee and a brewery near by. The neighborhood is cute and within the condo building is a wonderful little dog shop. Our dogs loved the space as well and we appreciate the property being so dog friendly. This space will accommodate a large family or group comfortably and everything needed to make meals and take care of laundry are available. I also appreciate how quiet the building was even with people occupying both sides of the condo we stayed in. Also, the parking lot was super helpful when unloading kids and dogs. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Family Getaway

We had such a great time staying here. Everything was clean with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Close location to downtown and other locations throughout Nashville. Neighborhood is quite and easy to get in and out of. Good communication! Thanks for a fun time!

THIS PROPERTY WAS GREAT TO STAY IN. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR . IT WAS CLEAN, QUIET AND BIG ENOUGH FOR MY FAMILY. IT HAS A LOT OF STAIRS THOUGH , PROPABLY NOT FOR ELDERLY. THREE STORIES .
