Amanda, we are so glad you had a wonderful time overall, loved the cabin, views, and space, and feel it is a great place for a big group to stay. However, we are so sorry there were a few issues during your vacation. Dealing with malfunctioning refrigerators causing food loss plus a leak in the theater when it rained must have been more than frustrating, especially when on vacation to relax and enjoy your time together. We are most grateful you reached out during your stay to give us an opportunity to address these issues and after your stay to share your experience. While maintenance brought a new refrigerator, we understand things did not go as planned and hate this happened. Please know we have reported the details of your experience to the appropriate departments to make sure all the fridges work properly and the leak is fixed for future stays. Again, we apologize and sincerely hope for the opportunity to serve you again.

Barbara, we are sad to know your stay with us was disappointing, and we appreciate you sharing your honest review. We recognize how uncomfortable it must have been to experience water loss during your vacation, resulting in the decision to leave early. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you and your family faced. We will be speaking with the department directly involved to ensure our guests feel heard when they encounter issues in the cabin, especially water outages, as we understand how this can affect your vacation. Since this was a water main break causing the area to lose water, this has to be resolved by the city. Unfortunately, this was not something we could control or fix. Regardless, we should have been more proactive in reaching out for updates and updating you with any information we received. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we cannot apologize enough. We work diligently to ensure our guests have worry-free getaways, and it saddens us to know this was not the case. Still, your feedback will help us improve our processes for future stays. This is certainly not the vacation we hoped to provide, nor is it our norm. While we understand you may not stay with us again, we hope you return to the Smokies for a more relaxing stay in the future.

Richard, we are saddened to hear of your poor cabin experience and sincerely apologize for the trouble caused. Having to deal with poor water distribution, the fridge not working properly and having a foul smell, a faulty hot tub, and more must have been so disappointing. Then to make matters worse, you felt disregarded when notifying us of your concerns. This is completely unacceptable and certainly not our standard. We have shared your feedback with the respective department heads to ensure this does not happen again, as we never want our guests to feel as though they're not being heard. We truly appreciate you bringing the inconveniences you were facing to our attention right away. And while we're glad we could send maintenance out to address your troubles, no one should have to deal with this while on vacation. We recognize we could have been more diligent with disclosing that the TVs are streaming only and providing easily accessible instructions on how to change the hot tub settings. We work diligently to improve our processes daily, and your feedback is truly helpful. By no means is this the getaway we hoped to provide, and we, again, are deeply sorry for your experience. We would love the opportunity to show you a better time in the future, as this is not our norm.
