SeaSaga house is a welcoming retreat that will allow it’s guests to relax in total privacy while enjoying all that Abaco has to offer. The house has all the comforts of home and is fully outfitted with quality linens, towels, kitchen appliances, wine cooler, WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, patio furniture, washer/dryer, whole house generator, beach cruisers, paddle boards, and two grills for cooking your fresh catch. The property is managed by a full time caretaker who will welcome you to the island and help familiarize you with the home upon arrival. He is also available should an issue arise with the house during your stay. Man O War Cay is a quiet idealistic island that sits just to the north of Hopetown and east of Montage Cay. We recommend guests rent a golf cart for getting around the island. Rental boats are also available if you don’t have your own. And the caretaker can set you up with one of the local boys to serve as a tour guide for the day if you are unfamiliar with the area or wish for a more curated experience. Dive for fresh lobster, comb the beach for sea glass, or just cruise the islands and enjoy your time on the water. Sea Saga is the ultimate getaway!

A little about the home... Sea Saga is a luxury property located on Man O’ War Cay in Abaco, Bahama. The house sits on a well manicured property overlooking the Sea of Abaco as well as the Atlantic Ocean. The house underwent a major renovation in 2021 and we are now ready to welcome guests back to the property. The house is 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths and sleeps up to 12 people. The home has been professionally decorated and features all new modern appliances throughout. Sea Saga has A/C in all rooms of the house and is equipped with a standby power generator as well. WiFi is available throughout the home. The beach is a two minute walk from the house, and the property also has a dock built on the Sea of Abaco. **The house also comes with a deep water dock in town.**

The layout of the home is a three story villa with wraparound porch and incredible views from all sides. Upon entering Sea Saga you will notice the beautifully designed kitchen that is well stocked and great for cooking or entertaining. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room allow guests to have multiple views of the Sea of Abaco from inside the home. The house also features a wrap around porch, with the back deck being a central gathering point due to the scenic views it affords. Just steps from the kitchen and living area, the porch looks out over the Sea of Abaco , while also allowing guests to seek shade if the sun becomes a bit much. Outfitted with beautiful teak furniture, the deck is also a great place to enjoy a meal or a cocktail with your friends and family.

Guests may choose one of four sleeping quarters. Starting at the top of the house…There is a large open loft with four twin beds upstairs that share a half bath. The loft also features views of the Atlantic Ocean and a small sitting area for reading or relaxing. The front of the loft overlooks the entry level of the house which encompasses the kitchen and living room. Down the hall from the kitchen are two private bedrooms and two full baths. One of the bedrooms features a queen size bed, while the other bedroom contains a king size bed. The lower foundation level of the house features a laundry room along with a fourth bedroom and full bath. This lower bedroom also has a writers desk and is a great room to utilize when needing privacy or a part time office. The lower downstairs area also features an outdoor covered patio with charcoal and gas grills, and an outdoor heated shower. A walking path will guide you down to the dock which is just a few steps away.

The dock at Sea Saga has chairs for relaxing and taking in the absolutely stunning views. Water levels fluctuate between 1-4 feet, depending on the tide. The dock has ladders and steps to make it easy for swimmers and boaters to access. The dock makes a great place for getting some sun, reading a book, or cooling off on a nice swim. The choice is yours!

The house has 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, children's beach toys, paddleboards, snorkel gear, cornhole boards, 2 beach bikes, board games, puzzles, and more…

Getting to Man O’ War is an easy affair and we can’t wait to welcome our guests. Several airlines service Marsh Harbour international airport, and from there it’s just a short taxi ride to the water ferry that will take you directly to Man O War Cay.
