Beautiful first floor one bedroom king suite in a fabulous resort style community! Lovely coastal feel and a modern open layout throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. King bedroom en suite has an oversized bathroom with a large Roman tub. Laundry room inside the unit!
Lanai offers a view of the lovely lake with illuminated fountains
Clubhouse is a very short walk from this first floor condo. You’ll find a spectacular salt water heated pool, fitness area, billiard room and lounge!

Lovely stay

The unit was clean and well equipped. It was evident the host had made a effort to ensure our stay was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Salt water pool short walk from condo.

Comfortable stay

The condo was clean and decorated for beach theme. Well stocked with linens and supplies. All appliances available (Kuerig or drip coffee, toaster oven or regular toaster, large capacity washer/dryer, large wide screen TVs in each room). Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all the venues for my event. Easy access to the complex’s pool and clubhouse. Friendly and helpful neighbors.

Accommodating host and great pool

The host was very accommodating and responsive, especially with our need for a very late check-in and early check-out. He made sure we arrived as expected and that we were all set when we arrived which was greatly appreciated so late at night. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cleaning supplies and beach towels for the pool. We chose this location for the pool, and it did not disappoint…It was clean, private and relaxing. The condo was in a great location in the complex and it was super quiet.

Conveniently located and quite

The condo was as described, it was conveniently located to everything we needed and priced fairly. They had many extras like bathroom supplies, many towels, and everything needed for the kitchen. We were unable to figure out the tv to watch local channels but logged in to our streaming from home. Would recommend posting a sheet orientating to the property (ie clubhouse / pool hours), how to get local tv, and check out process / expectations.

Very clean, nice heated pool, many extra essentials in condo which was very nice. Location was good for driving places. Could use a few more glasses, teaspoons & forks. Kitchen was well stocked otherwise. A slip regarding recycling & where to put garbage would be helpful along with information regarding TV information, what cable company was your service and how to get NBC, ABC, CBS and local channel. The antenna was very particular to use.

Relaxing stay at The Residence in Fort Myers

Overall great stay! We rented from Ralph & had a great 18 days in his 1-BD condo. He greeted us upon arrival at the unit & gave us a warm & friendly tour of the unit. It was clean & fully equipped with all you need. Check out was easy. He would of been there upon check-out but he had an emergency that couldn't be avoided. The other residents were friendly, the pool was perfect, felt safe & the grounds were beautiful & highly recommend this unit. I would of given our stay 5 stars but the bed was very uncomfortable. It had no support & only a coiled mattress with no box springs for support. I ended up sleeping on the couch because of back issues & my husband slept in the bed as he had no other options. Definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, a great place.

Great get-away.

This is a very nice property with a wonderful pool and clubhouse. It's in a great location with ample parking and nice being on the ground floor. Ralph was very pleasant and spent a lot of time on check-in showing us around and explaining everything. We really enjoyed our time there and would have given it 5 stars if not for a few issues.
