Great home

This property is great for a family. The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment needed to cook and eat. Full size washer and dryer with small patio to bbq. Only con is that the beds aren’t comfortable. They’re on basic frames and the mattress is firm.

Indiana Visitors

Place was bigger than we feared. Living area furniture very comfortable. Kitchen supplies very well stocked except for forks. Went to thrift store to buy three forks, would have bought more but that’s all there were. Would love an upgrade on the living room drapes so the whole window is actually covered. Having paper products supplied was a huge bonus. Having laundry room made the stay so easy. Easy to get to the beach and of course to Love Boat. The towel bar in the bathroom needs a secure attachment as was unstable and we stopped using it for fear it would come down. All and all we enjoyed your place and will come back. Thank you for the experience.

The property had everything we needed. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within minutes. The owner was very nice. He has very good communications with his guests.

Pleasant!

It was located around a lot of easily accessible things. Like grocery stores, restaurants, activities. Short drive for fishing. I was doing some work on sanibel island. And only took me 20 minutes maybe 30 with traffic. Quiet cul de sac. Sit in screen porch have a beer or two and relax. Still under repair but everything inside is good and nice

Sufficient met our needs

The property needs some TLC, could use new towels, Lani was not available to use, towel rack in bathroom kept falling off the wall, curtain rod in bedroom kept falling out of the wall, black out curtains would be good, parking was a problem the first night got blocked in by the residence at other apartment. We were tight to left as instructed.

extended stay while house shopping

We stayed here while we relocated to Florida from Virginia. The unit was perfect for our needs, close to everything we needed and the beach!! Would recommend for a vacation or extended stay.

Location and price

This property is located in a very convenient location to get to Sanibel and Captiva without spending the high cost of staying on the islands. Even though the roof had tarp covering it the inside was clean and dry. No damage showed inside the unit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very little debris on the side of the roads. I would return to this unit and the islands to help support their recovery from Hurricane Ian.

We all know that Ft Myers was hit a devastating blow from Hurricane Ian... This neighborhood was no exception but Gary is very accommodating and since there is very limited rentals locally this property fit us just fine. Good place to stay

This was a good place to stay at a good price. A couple odd things like screwdrivers holding up one of the curtains but overall I recommend staying here.

Great Place!!

The duplex was very clean and so nice! We were close to the beach and so many fun activities!! It was nice to be able to cook so we didn’t have to eat out every night. Keeping up on laundry was nice as well so I wasn’t overloaded when we got home with tons of laundry!! The owner and his girlfriend were next door when we were there and they were so friendly and helpful!! We hope to come back very soon!!!

Clean, close to everything

Stay was good, house clean and neat. It did only have the bare minimum. Wish there would have been some sort of curtains tho, black out curtains would have been great as I hated waking up real early every morning due to the brightness and a bigger couch would have been nice. Enjoyed our samray overall

Not bad for the money and proximity to FMB.

Enjoyed being 3.5 miles to Fort Myers Beach. We had electric scooters that easily outpaced the traffic onto and off of the beach. Easy access to Publix, Walmart and Aldi....and LoveBoat Ice Cream. (: The unit was a bare minimum, but also amongst the lower price range on VRBO. Landlord was easy to communicate with and very responsive to a couple maintenance items. Interior paint job was surprising as windows, blinds, floor, door knobs, dishes and more received a healthy dose of paint overspray. Bring scooters or bicycles and skip the drive to the beach! I would stay again.
