Come Relax in this beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath condo located in building 18 on the second floor. This condo is nestled up next to the wildlife preserve and offers beautiful sunsets. This condo features an upgraded kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped with everything you will need to cook indoors such as a crockpot, blender, roasting pans, serving platters, and toaster oven. There is both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder for grinding your own fresh coffee beans. The kitchen overlooks both the dining and living areas and offers a small breakfast nook with seating for 2. The dining area offers up a large table for dining and seats up to 6 guests.
The living area features a sofa and loveseat, a Blu-Ray player, and a 75” Smart TV and has plenty of space to enjoy one of the many board games offered. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, a 50” Smart TV, and an oversized walk-in closet and is accompanied by the master bath that includes his and hers bathroom sinks, a large walk-in shower, and jetted bathtub. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and two bunk beds and features a 32” Smart TV. The balcony off of the living area and the master suite is a great spot to enjoy your breakfast while taking In the peek-a-boo views of the Ocean across the street. This Condo offers a separate storage locker in the garage that includes beach equipment such as a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys for the little ones, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella. Beach towels are also provided but are inside the condo.
