Este condominio en el octavo piso se encuentra en la tranquila playa sin manejo en New Smyrna Beach, FL.

Queremos que su estadía aquí sea relajante. El condominio está totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones. Cocina y sala de estar y baños recientemente renovados. La cocina cuenta con nuevas encimeras de piedra, gabinetes blancos, pisos de baldosas con aspecto de madera y electrodomésticos renovados. La sala de estar tiene un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana junto con un Apple TV para que pueda ver Netflix / Hulu si tiene una cuenta con ellos. Además, tanto las habitaciones principales como las de invitados tienen pantallas planas y reproductores de DVD. Toneladas de juegos para la noche de juegos familiares, libros para relajarse en la playa, juguetes de playa y sillas de playa. Hay wi-fi gratuito y un teléfono residencial disponible para su uso. Se proporcionan toallas de playa y baño. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

Great location, no-drive beach, residents were really nice, the beach was calm (not a lot of people). The condo was clean, the balcony was wonderful to spend evenings watching the waves, the beds were comfy. Exceeded our expectations! Thanks!

Great Time at New Smyrna

The accommodations and amenities were great. The unit was well equipped, comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was well enough away from the retail section of A1A as well as the driving section of the beach. Perfect for a low-key vacation.

Spring Break on the Beach

Once again, nothing better than NSB for wonderful ocean views, walking, jogging and playing in the surf! Great location near our favorite restaurants and kayaking spot! Already planning our next visit!

The Best Condo at NSB

The unit is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and adequately supplied. All three beds are extremely comfortable, unlike many other units I've rented at NSB. God willing I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view

This is our second year staying in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped, and has an amazing view! It is located on a beautiful stretch of beach that is steps away from the building. We highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy a little luxury in New Smyrna Beach.

Condo was everything we could have wanted and more!

My family and I had an amazing time! They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Everything was as they said it would be! The view was amazing, the condo had a ton of beach toys for my daughter to use, the pool was nice after a day at the beach. I would not hesitate to tell someone to stay here!

Amazing!

This is our second time at this condo and it won’t be our last. We love the area and how it is so quiet. The condo was clean and it is well stocked for the kitchen, bath, rooms and even beach items. Communication with the owners was fantastic! Absolutely nothing bad I could say! It was relaxing and perfect!

Gorgeous Getaway!

This condo is spectacular. It is clean, has all the supplies you will need, and is in the best building we’ve stayed at in NSB! The kitchen is big, modern and equipped. We had a few family members stop one evening and we easily fed (and seated) them. We visited the roof deck and played pool and ping pong- it was an added bonus. We want to reserve for our next vacation. Best place we’ve stayed in 10+ years of NSB visits.

Wonderful View,Better Owner!

We stayed there the month of March and this unit is beautiful! The two bathrooms were recently remodeled and they are gorgeous! The view from the 8th Floor is simply fantastic. It is a pleasure to deal with the owner who adds many little touches(thanks for the chocolate!)and is responsive to any and all issues! I would highly recommend this unit!

A Beautiful Stay

Debbie, your place is beautiful and exactly as described...thank you for being a great host! We stayed for 2 weeks and this New Smyrna Beach condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed waking up to amazing sunrises followed by nice long walks. This Summer was even more special for us as we witnessed a marriage engagement on the sand (our son and soon to be daughter!) and also had a blast viewing lots of dolphins, a manatee and even saw a Manta Ray. Such a great 2 weeks! Thanks again, Jesús

Amazing!

What a great stay!!! This is the best place we have ever stayed and we travel 4/5 times a year! The condo was well equipped and even had extras that you don’t normally find. It was so spacious! Our children didn’t get to come due to work obligations, but if they did, it still would have been perfect. The beach was amazing! No one on top of us and we had plenty of space. 100% we will be back! We’d love to make this “our place” for our trips to NSB! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils if you choose to cook. Only down side no gas grills

Loved the view from the balcony of the beach. We weren’t expecting to smell cigarette smoke . Construction workers need a time limit when they work. Noise started early and lasted time after dinner. Beautiful furnishings and well stocked condo.

100% a 5 star condo

My extended family has been staying at The Southwind for over 30 years and this condo is by far one of our favorites. There is literally nothing you could need that isn't already available in the condo. A well stocked "beach" closet made the week even better. One family even donated an Igloo cooler to the closet for you to take down to the beach during your stay! Every piece of furniture and all of the beds were extremely comfortable as well. The cherry on top is Debbie communicates quickly and efficiently before and during your stay. Will definitely book this condo again next summer!

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

My family of four stayed for a week in March for our girls Spring Break and we had a fantastic time. The condo is absolutely clean and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean and non-drive beach. We saw porpoises in the waves every day and even saw Manta Rays from our balcony! The unit is updated with comfortable furniture, nice modern appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. The living room TV is excellent, the AC is blows cold, the fans in each of the rooms were great, bathrooms updated, and the beds in both the master and guest bedrooms were super comfortable (we slept very well!). Parking at the complex is more than ample and the unit is close to the elevator making coming and going a breeze. The owner was very responsive and spot on in her detailed communication. Wonderful stay and hope to be back!!

Great stay, wish it was longer!

The condo was perfect for our week stay! Description is very accurate, but pictures don't do it justice. This is a beautiful condo in a great location. View from 8th floor balcony is amazing! Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean each morning was great. Many very good restaurants nearby, as well as, a few grocery stores for all your needs. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. Plenty of bath and beach towels for use. Also, it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry during the week. Thank you for supplying the detergent pods and fabric softner. We enjoyed going up to the Recreation floor to play some ping pong and shoot pool a couple times too. The beach is perfect and was never very crowded even on the weekend. Very clean, great waves, and a million shells! Also, a closet full of beach accessories! Wish we had more time the week flew by. Debbie the owner was very easy to communicate with and we would love to stay here again if available.

Not told there would be construction in adjacent condo.

This was a 5 star condo, except: There was construction in the adjacent unit, the noise and vibration from sawing concrete and metal was so intense we had to leave our rental between 8 am - 4pm, for 3 days. Debbie told us that nothing could be done and that’s just the way it is in Florida. Later we were told the worst of the noise was over after one day and it would gradually lessen. This was not the case, there was less noise on the 4th and 5th days when the workers moved to other units. Before booking this condo, I saw many others I was interested in, but they mentioned there was ongoing construction. We would most likely leave the condo during the day anyway, but on our own schedule.

Excellent Vacation Condo

Well; furnished and equipped. Great views. Tennis courts, shuffle board, pool. Super nice beach and water was a perfect temperature. Linens, bath and beach towels, beach toys and supplies, fully stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. Large fat screen tv with several streaming channels.
