Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas.. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couch or two rocker recliners. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, such as spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the ocean breeze with a view of the shared pool, which is just steps away. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the side patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom contains a pedestal vanity and a tiled shower. Cool off in the shared pool or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters.

Very convenient. Close to beach, close to pool and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. We loved having the washer dryer too. Made it convenient to wash and dry needed clothing. The beds were nice and roomy and the pull out bed was convenient. Would stay here again. Small quiet neighborhood.

Nice good place to stay. Walked and drive to beach both weren’t a bad distance and really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. And the condo was really nice clean and had everything we needed for the 3 days we stayed there.

Wonderful stay

The property was the perfect size for my wife and me. The beach is not far away and a short walk. All the amenities function great. Most important, the beds are so comfortable

Interior very nice and well appointed including kitchen supplies. Great location, but very close too pool. A little noisy but other owners using pool were very polite.

Great Property!

My 15 year old daughter and her friend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! The property is adorable, clean, and very accessible. We rented a golf cart from Port Aransas and the beach is easily accessible via the boardwalk from the condo. Property management was very responsive to any questions I had. We will be staying here again on our next trip down! Highly recommend.

Clean place, comfortable

Very clean property. We enjoyed cooking great kitchen set up. Teens and friends with 2 adults. Back room (king room) a little warm. And I got golf cart and came up beach and it took me a while to figure out which beach entrance (It’s marker 42). We enjoyed pool and easy access to beach. Loved early morning coffee on beach.

Really enjoyed it

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and comfortable with all accommodations a family would need for their getaway. Quiet and well kept. Loved the short walk to the beach. Only hiccup was the few bugs we noticed but overall it wasn’t too bad. We would return as we enjoyed our time here.

Kitchen needs bigger pot for sea food. Hangers would be nice. Largerkitchen towels and dish rags. Location was great and great excess to beach.

Short stay at Port A

The check in process was very easy! All completed via email and text. The place was very clean and just as advertised. The pool was out the front door, very enjoyable! Access to the beach was via boardwalk maybe about 2-3 city blocks give or take. Very quick drive to the beach (5 minutes to waters edge) worked best for this gang. Parking at the rental was good with no problems. Beds were comfortable with nice atmosphere rooms. We didn't need anything special and did not have to contact management for any reason. GOOD, CLEAN RENTAL WITH NO PROBLEMS DURING OUR STAY. THANK YOU for a great stay!
