Nice property

We stayed here for a week at Christmas. The house is nice. It's a bit on the older side, but it was well stocked. There were a few things that were a bit annoying. The hot tub was pretty finnicky. It worked most of the time. There were times we turned it on and it just never got hot. We would wait and try it again later and then it would work. The blower that makes the bubbles worked only a few times. We would turn it on and it would work for 5-10 minutes and then would quit and wouldn't work the rest of the day, but the next day it would work, maybe. Messaged the property manager but they never responded. Would have at least been nice to have it acknowledged. The beach chairs and wagons are old and rusty and really could be replaced, but they are there so that is something. The location is pretty good. It's a pretty quick walk to the beach, however being on that part of the island, there is really nothing nearby, so if you are hoping to walk to restaraunts, ect, that's a no go. We rented a golf cart for the week, so wasn't a big deal to get places. FYI, this has nothing to do with the house, but beware of the parking or driving anywhere in AMI. The police will site you for even the smallest of things. We pulled up to a beach access, doubled checked it was okay to park, and went for a quick 15 minute walk on the beach, and came back to a $50 ticket for parking the wrong direction. I heard endless stories of people getting tickets for all sorts, so beware!

Coral Palms Stay 2023

Awesome house… everything you need and more! The updates were great! Love the pool and outdoor area! We had a fantastic week! One suggestion would be to update some beach chairs and umbrellas… and beach cart. For our family size there was only one beach cart… the other one had rubber piece falling off the wheel. Only one beach umbrella that worked. It would also be great to have a cooler with wheels to bring water and cold items to the beach! Thank you !

Loved it

Had a perfect week with my husband and adult children. We loved walking on the beach each morning and hanging out by the pool and hot tub every afternoon.

The island itself is amazing. The house has a garage with beach and pool stuff. We had some minor issues that were more disappointing but didn’t affect our trip too much. The dryer they had was old and needed replaced. It’s loud and they had to remove the dryer vent hose because it was clogged so it caused them master bedroom to be hot. Master bath was missing a sink faucet. I was told it was on order when I brought it up. Pool lights didn’t work at night. The hot tub is the main reason for renting this property but on arrival we quickly realized how small the hot tub was. One plus size person could relax. No more than two people though. Mosquitoes were also an issue. For the amount that I paid for the week, it just didn’t seem worth it after all the minor issues we had. We enjoyed the island and the house was comfortable for the most part.

This is a great house for adults and kids. I was happy to see a washer and dryer.

This house is located close to the beach. The garage is stocked with any beach/pool item you could want. Loved the hot tub!

Awesome! Would stay again

The house and property are great. The pool and backyard were amazing. Location to the beach was great. We had a great time and enjoyed the house and pool thoroughly. A few suggestions: provide an air pump for the bikes, which both had flat tires and get some new beach chairs the ones there are unusable, so we had to rent some.

Great beach home with pool for a family

Very nice home and close to the beach. Comfortable and well kept. Beautiful pool with wonderful sunroom!! There are a few basics that could be addressed / covered (some kitchen basics - salt, pepper, oil, upgrade sleeping pillows), very minor things that would be great and take this to “excellent”.

Wonderful family vacation!

The communication by the management company was wonderful, both before and during our stay. We had a problem with the heater in the pool. We called the management company and they came over immediately 2 fix the problem. We had six people in our croup. We had plenty of room and privacy when needed. We were close to the beach and rode our rental bikes there frequently during our 10-day stay. The area is amazing for bike riding. We had an excellent time with our adult children from around the . We found the house very comfortable. I unfortunately was not able to enjoy the hot tub as it was difficult to access, the drop was big and there was no rail to hold on to. I have had double knee replacement and my knees do not bend well. Everyone else was able to use it.

Nice house as listed online and really great property management

We enjoyed one week in April 2019 (a family with 2 children, 4 + 10 years old) in the house and specially loved the pool and AMI itself. The house was as listed online, but there were some really minor "issues" we already told the property management at the end of our amazing stage on this lovely island: - most of the windows shutters were missing the middle "stick", which made it impossible to open them (and therefore it was a bit dark in the house: such as in the main sleeping room, which has no ceiling light) - the pans were in a really bad condition, as the teflon was heavily scratched -> we got 3 new pans delivered on the same day, after writing an e-mail to the property management team!!! - the other kitchen hardware was also not really clean (e.g. the coffee maker which we had to clean on our own, as there was mold in the wather tank) - some furniture/doors were a bit sticky and dusty (e.g. the carpet, we would recommend to remove them as the floor plates are really nice and also easier to clean) The reply to our e-mail was: Thank you for notifying us of these items as well. I do believe a deep clean is scheduled for that home at the first available time open. -> I'm sure that they've already done it, as the property management really supported us whenever we had a question or a minor issue (as there was really no big issue at all!) We would recommend the house to anyone who loves to have an own pool and a nice house close to the beach. Everything you need is available in the house or garden (BBQ), also if you like to spend the day on the beach: there is a handcart, parasol with an adapter to place it in the sand, beach chairs, towels (just to list some of the available equipment stored in the garage). AMI is just an island were you can calm down, relax and enjoy the special restaurants located on this lovely island. If you have the chance to come to the island, check the available properties of AMI accomodations, as they will support you whenever you need it! We will always remember this georgeous week and try to come back one day!

Smith family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the heated pool! The only thing that was a small issue was not having the key to the garage over the weekend and the master bedroom mattress was bumpy and uncomfortable. We absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Being a 3 minute walk from the beach was also very important to us.

Fantastic home with awesome pool and hot tub

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kids (14,14 and 12 yrs old) spent most of the time in the pool and parents in the hot tub! The house is situated in the perfect spot. The beach was a 5 min walk away. Cafes, bars etc 10-15 min walk, a couple of min in the car. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and everything you needed was there. The master bedroom was on one end of the house and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side. There were plenty of beach towels. There was a wagon we used to take the beach chairs and floaties to the beach. The decor was really beachy in the house. There were 2 living areas and one was right next to the pool, so you could sit and watch the kids in the pool. We will definitely be back.👍

Wonderful home to enjoy this beautiful island...Everything was very welcoming and user friendly!

What a wonderful house that was welcoming and extremely well thought out!! We had a family of 4 and had no problems! We were there in October first of November so nights were starting to get chilly so pool needs to be warmer and sliding door out to patio was wonderful but hard to open and close... The hot tub was great but temperamental sometimes it wouldn't heat up..... But these were little things that didn't bother us much! All in all I would rent it again no problems!!! We loved it!!

Coral Palms beautful home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Coral Palms. The place was exceptional clean and spacious. It had everything we could possible need. The backyard was beautiful with the salt water pool and hot tub. This is perfect was a couple, small family or teenagers. The Anna Maria Accomdations were excellent and took care of our maintenance problems with promptly . I would highly recommend working with these people. I would definitely book again through them.

lovely home

This home could not have been more perfect for our family, especially a family with young children. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked and very private. The backyard was a dream with a lovely saltwater pool and hot tub. There was a very nice area in the yard for eat-outside dinners, which we took advantage of every night. The proximity to the beach, which is quite beautiful, was such a gift as we were able to walk to the beach every day. The owners and the rental agency could not have been more hospitable towards us. I would recommend this home highly as well as the rental agency. The agency truly goes out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Will definitely be back next year.

great villa on AMI

We have been coming to Florida for 16years and have stayed at villas all around bradenton and anna marie.The villa is one of the best we have stayed at.It is well stocked with all necessary pots and pans, cutlery etc. .Location was great 5 min walk to the beach.the pool was heated to a good temp and caught plenty of sunshine.It was clean and well maintained .We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back.

We took a last minute trip to Florida. We were trying to get to a place that would be warm enough to swim in the water. I read online that the gulf side of Florida would have warmer water. I used VRBO to link up with Anna Maria Island Accommodations and this house on 209 81st street. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised at every turn! We fell in love with the island and the house was perfect for our family. It's location was only a block away from the amazing beach and the pool and spa were so refreshing! We will be back to the island and back to rent this house! The rental company was awesome too and were very quick to come over and fix a lock that we needed help with. Other than that, it was awesome. We just got home and are already planning to come back!
