Esta gran casa unifamiliar ubicada en Holmes Beach en la isla Anna Maria es el lugar perfecto para pasar sus próximas vacaciones en la playa. Con 2 dormitorios king y un amplio tercer dormitorio con una cama queen y una litera individual, hay mucho espacio para todos. Esta casa acaba de ser completamente repintada y actualizada con nuevos muebles, iluminación y decoración. Hay algo para todos con t. V en cada habitación, una gran piscina y spa que recibe sol todo el día, adentro y pantalla en las áreas de comer en el porche, lavadora y secadora, mesa de ping pong, bicicletas y equipo de playa, todo lo que tiene que hacer es llegar y crear recuerdos mágicos. Con casi 2200 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, el primer piso de concepto abierto permite que todos estén juntos sin sentirse abarrotados.
Esta entrada a casa sin llave permite un fácil acceso y no hay necesidad de preocuparse por llegadas tardías o salidas anticipadas, ya que no es necesario pasar por una oficina y recoger o dejar las llaves. Great location that served our needs!

Perfect for a family of all ages

The house was very open and large, plenty of space. We lived in the pool and on the beach, all week. I was super excited to see they had weights available so incould continue working out on my vacation. We had a great time and mybtoddlers begged not to leave.

Kickback Cabana did not disappoint!

First time visitors to AMI. House is in perfect location to the beach, city pier, and shopping. We spent each day at the beach and used the pool every night. House was clean, nicely furnished and appointed. Would stay again! Thank you.

Great for family with teens. Super easy and accommodating. Excellent place to stay.... Well stocked with everything you need. Will only stay here in future AMI trips..!!Only thing that needs updating is the beach wagon has a flat.

Kickback Cabana Stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Kickback Cabana! It was perfect for us and our guests! The home was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked - with lots of "extras". The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. The pool was nice and warm...and the hot tub was awesome! Will definitely come back when we can...we were disappointed that it is already booked for next year! Thanks for a great home away from home!!

Great stay at Kickback Cabana!

This was our first long term rental, and we were very happy with this property and the management company, Beach Retreats. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of by management. The pool and spa were wonderful and it is just a short walk to the beach. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs in the house. Ground level is garage and entertainment area with a ping pong table. Main level is on second floor and all bedrooms are on third floor. Everything is decorated nicely and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this property.

Great home on Anna Maria Island

Beautifully decorated 3 level home with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the bikes in the garage & the walking distance to beach & bay. We also liked it’s location on the island. It wasn’t in the noisier, more congested part of the island. Hosts & Beach Retreats are very quick to get back to you to answer any questions & remedy any issues. We would highly recommend this rental & Anna Maria Island in general. It is a gorgeous area with great restaurants, shops, beaches & a cool island vibe.

Great for a family!

We loved this property. Plenty of room for our family. Large living room, kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms. It was exactly as photographed. The ping pong table and beach chairs/cooler/toys were an added bonus. The property management company was great to work with. They left us a little welcome gift. We had an issue with the pool heater and they tried to get it fixed for us on Christmas Eve! They provided a small discount for the trouble. We were very happy with our experience. We’d rent from this rental company again. This property was perfect for our group.

Comfortable Space

This house was a great find on AMI. It had everything we needed for a week away from home. The house was very clean, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and linens, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space was amazing! The covered porch was very comfortable and we ate all our meals there. The backyard felt like a tropical oasis, you can’t see the other houses at all. The pool was a great size for swimming and playing for our three kids (ages 14-6). The hot tub takes about 20 minutes to get up to temp. The only recommendation I have is to pack your beach chairs and sand toys. The pictures show some in the garage, but they were welled loved and not very usable. The beach is about 4 minute walk from the house and was never to busy where we couldn’t find a spot for the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here year after year.

Spa gave us a bit of a headache but otherwise very nice.

It is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. The house is essentially new. Very well equipped, short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, very nice outdoor areas. Only problem we had was with the spa. It is supposed to be a "hot tub", but it was the same temperature as the pool. When we tried to turn up the temp, it emptied the hot tub into the pool and refilled with cold water which them warmed, but not to hot tub temps. The manager was very nice, called for service, but the serviceman seemed to think the tub had a leak. That wasn't the problem. I think it is just complicated valving that required more information than was supplied.

if you are planning to book this property or already have, please read this review

this was one of my most unpleasant stays. the day of our arrival, i had to basically harass the booking company, for the entry code. luckily, we had a 7 hour drive there so waiting to get the code wasn’t that big of a deal but it should’ve been provided to me beforehand. i shouldn’t have had to ask them, especially on the day of our arrival. from the time i booked, i was the only one who initiated any and all forms of communication with Beach Retreats. anyway, the house is nice. it speaks for itself really. the problem is, the maintenance and upkeep is almost none existent. my boyfriend and i did a 7 night stay. after our 7hr car ride, we arrived at a dirty house. the whole house needs to be pressure washed. we were greeted by the lovely dead & alive bugs that line the perimeter of the garage and front door. there were greasy, red finger prints and residue on the wall. the fridge shelves were dirty. the couch was visibly dirty and had hair on it. the master bed and second bed in the second bedroom had hair on it. the chair in the master bedroom had literal dirt on it. the chairs outside had tiny pebbles all over them. the sunroom had a string bugs lining the whole space. the grill & grill utensils were FILTHY! upon entering the property, we immediately saw that there were cameras inside and outside the property & that should be blatantly told to guest but it was not. there was a SUV in the garage which we thought was weird. the kitchen is nice but the microwave and stove need to be updated. it takes a good 2-3 minutes for the microwave to fully heat your food. the dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine & dryer are updated and nice. the sunroom needs WORK. the screen needs to be replaced, there are holes in multiple spots. since there are holes in the screen, bugs EASILY fly in and out. there’s dirt, cobwebs, and debris in the corners (top and bottom) of the sunroom. there are bugs (dead and alive) that line the outside perimeter of the sunroom. when i asked for a new grill cleaner, it was dropped off with no prior notice. i was not notified until afterwards. i received a text saying that it was just dropped off at the grill. they just walked right onto the property, opened the gate and dropped the grill cleaner off. it was very invasive to me. to make matters worse, the person who dropped it off left the gate open. I WAS INSIDE THE HOUSE BY MYSELF, anyone could’ve walked onto the property and tried to get in since the gate was open.

Lovely T’giving stay

Overall a wonderful stay with grandkids. Kitchen was well stocked - appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys! Would recommend a baby gate due to many stairs. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and fire pit! Overall a relaxing week at Kickback cottage!

Home away from home

We cannot say enough great things about this home, we would absolutely stay at the Caribbean surf again, we had a great time in the community, even the neighbors around the neighborhood were fantastic and very friendly, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, thank you all for all of your help too, you will see us again I hope sooner than later!🥳

Island Living

Had a great time staying here for a week! House is in a great location, close to the bay about a 3 minute walk and close to the beach, about a 7 - 10 minute walk We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, also the ping pong table. There is a noise ordinance after 10:00 pm. House is stocked with plenty of linens towels and beach towels. Plenty of dishes, utensils and items to cook with. Beach decor is beautiful We spent a lot of time at the beach, found a great spot by the Sandbar restaurant. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of bars on the beach in Anna Maria beach or Holmes beach. Would love to have more along the beach, also there is no alcohol allowed on the beach. Over all we had a great time!

Wonderful loacation just blocks off the beach.

Just what we were looking for, a place to unwind from our busy daily routine. The pool and outside living area was more than fantastic! All the beach items were supplied to us by the property owners. The only issue we had was with a beach umbrella. Which was solved by a simple phone call. Claire brought one over the very next morning. Can't say enough good things about the property and the island. Already planning our next trip.

Spring break

Had a great week. 2 adults and 4 kids. Pool and hot tub were clean, warm and good sized. A perfect little paradise. The master suite was huge with a very big walk in closet and bathroom. Plenty of towels and beach amenities. Some of the beach chairs need replacement but it was nice to have them. There’s a lot of room in the house to spread out, relax and enjoy. The shelves of spices and basics were a nice bonus too. Highly recommend.
