Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, less than 200 metres from the beach. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

A safety net has been installed following façade works on the building. At present, the completion date for the works is not yet known.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with shower) and double washbasin
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
