This is a beautiful Spacious Loft located in the heart of Detroit. Our place is expertly decorated and incorporates all Detroit based, local art and furniture. The loft is steps away from the famous Sister Pie and right above one of the best Restaurants that Detroit has to offer. We are are also a 5 min walk from Red Hook coffee and a 5 min drive Downtown. You wont be disappointed!!!

Beautiful, historic loft with all the bells and whistles for a long or short term stay while you explore beautiful Detroit. In these trying times you'll really feel at home in this giant beautiful loft perfect for cooking with friends or relaxing and having a quite night in watching movies and having a glass of wine.
Our Wifi is business grade and we have a 50 inch smart TV perfect for logging into Netflix, Hulu or nay other streaming service or your choosing.
We have queen temperpetic beds and plenty of closet space, as well as a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.
We provide linens and towels as well as body wash.

Located in Detroits West Village this is on e of the most up and coming/safe neighbourhoods Detroit has to offer. We are right next door to Detroits famed Sister pie bakery and right above Marrow which is considered one of the best restaurants in Detroit. We are also 5 minutes from Downtown, Belle Isle and Cork Town.

Book this loft, you will not regret it. Located in a wonderful area that’s very walkable. Only a quick 10 minute drive downtown and Belle Isle is 5 minutes down the road. We would absolutely stay here again. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It looks as good in person as it does in the pictures.

We stayed for a week for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect place! Excellent location, accessible to so many fun things to do in Detroit, easy check-in, super communication with the host, fun decor, clean, well stocked, and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!!

The loft is huge. Made for a perfect stay near downtown Detroit. The place has a nice restaurant/bar downstairs and bakery for coffee and pastries on the corner. Very nice inside, super clean with everything needed.

Very cool apartment

Loved this spacious loft in an interesting neighborhood in Detroit. Lots of character with the exposed brick, music-themed mural and other artwork. Located near several restaurant and cafe options, I'd highly recommend for a stay in Motor City. I only wish the bedding was made of more breathable material, and the pillows were higher quality. This is a common complaint of mine with rentals, and I do understand they may not be able to get the nice bedding that nicer hotel chains do. Otherwise, great find!

Amazing Loft

Clean, comfortable, great vibe, Sister Pie next door, award winning restaurant Marrow down below, close in proximity to all the sports action downtown -- what more could one ask for?!? We booked our stay so we wouldn't have to drive back home after the Lions incredible playoff win and I'm glad we did. It's a quick ride from all the sport venues to this wonderful loft. Owner Mariya doesn't miss a beat insofar as communication is concerned. Don't hesitate to book this loft, you won't be disappointed. All goodness!

Cool Place

The loft was a fun, clean and comfortable place and the location was perfect for visiting the zoo, the children's science museum, RenCen, Greek Town, etc. We had a couple of issues upon check-in because of a recent power outage in the area but we had quick responses and resolutions from the owner/manager. The only downside was the parking. It's not easy to park and only one spot is allocated to the unit and 3 times there were other people parked in our spot. That said, we would be happy to rent this property again, so it gets a 5 star rating.

Nice and affordable

Overall, this was a nice place in a safe neighborhood. We’re originally from Detroit so we know all about the area. We stayed here for a week. The place was clean but could use a deep cleaning. It was pretty dusty… the vents and floors need a really good cleaning. My son’s white socks got so dirty just walking around the place. There was plenty of linen. Extra bedding and lots of towels and wash clothes which I appreciate when travel as a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, we were able to cook! We had everything we needed as far as toiletries.Things to note… it’s on the second floor so you have stairs to walk up and it’s not very pleasant as you have dumpsters behind the building and you can smell it when entering the place. I think communication could be improved. I didn’t realize there was an assigned parking spot and it took a little to hear back when I had questions but nothing major.

Great location amd property

The location of this property and ease of access and parking was more than we expected. The amenities were great (lot os towels!) and the space was comfortable. It's close to everything and so much is walkable to this spot. The host was awesome. So responsive, and was kind to reshare info i missed (multiple times) with a smile, and quickly. The only thing I'd share that was a bit negative is that there was a lot of late night noise from people partying in the vacinity of the property Saturday from midnight ongoing to 5am that was disruptive to sleeping. That said, it was a weekend and it is in a social district and i doubt that happens regularly. Being above a restaurant, it was overall more quiet than I expected. Even with the noise one of the nights, I'd recommend this property and would book it again.
