Country house near Châlons en Champagne/ Reims/Vitry le Francois /Vatry

Our cottage "à la maison" is an old country house completely renovated in the small village A LA CHAUSSÉE SUR MARNE in Champagne spirit "simplicity and nature" in the heart of the department of the Marne
Large capacity (3 double beds plus a single bed + 3 extra beds) maximum capacity 6 adults
the 3 bedrooms are upstairs (bed linen is provided, the beds are made on arrival )
the large bathroom with bathtub and the toilet are on the first floor/ towels are not provided (possibility to help out on request for short stays of 1 to 4 people) /presence of a washing machine and dryer
large dining room table and living room 8 seats

the kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher? a microwave oven and a stove (3 gas burners + one electric / a mini oven / electric coffee maker

the house does not have a garden but the small terrace (fenced) overlooks an orchard, vegetable garden that we cultivate in the summer (although we do not live on site)
the external access to the rental is through a common closed street door.
the house is not approved for people with reduced mobility the bedrooms being upstairs with stairs
the first floor is practically on the same level (with 3 steps to access it)

the rental does not have WIFI but 4G is accessible
easily with your phone plan if you have one
a lot of walks to do
it is with pleasure that we will welcome you in our country house close to nature in a spirit of simplicity like the houses of "yesteryear"
it is located in a small and very quiet country village 5km from a small shopping center (village of POGNY) where you will find everything you need for shopping (mini-market, pharmacy, tobacco, gasoline, florist, pizzeria, laundromat, ATM, post office....) the 2 most important towns are Châlons en Champagne (17KM) and Vitry Le Francois (15KM) near DER lake / chalons fair / NIGLOLAND / REIMS ARGONNE / champagne wine route .....
pets are allowed free of charge after request but not upstairs �PGJyPgwe accept smokers but not upstairs (room for safety reasons)
access to the floor is by a staircase (access not "PRM)

Regarding the rates
they correspond for the accommodation of 6 people (contact us for extra people)
-they do not include electricity consumption ( read on arrival and departure of the traveler at the rate in course to be paid on departure )
-a security deposit of 500 EUROS will be requested on arrival (uncashed check or cash)
-the accommodation must be left clean (50 euros will be requested if the accommodations are returned dirty)
-a contract will be sent to you
