The condo’s spacious open-plan living space is modern and air-conditioned, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large comfortable seating area and smart TV.
The master bedroom features a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, safe, ensuite shower room, air conditioning and large smart TV. The second bedroom also features a double bed and is similarly equipped and also has its own ensuite shower room. All of the beds are serviced with luxurious 100% cotton bedding, bath and beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher.

Further amenities include a washer dryer with storage, the condo is fully air-conditioned, is accessible by elevator and has its own free on site reserved parking spot.
The Oceania Residences is gated with 24-Hour Security and is completely enclosed. Luxury living, exclusivity and comfort, guests have full use of all the Oceania Residences amenities including 2 beach-entry pools, infants pool, resort pool, landscaped sun deck, teen room with foosball and pool table, on-site tennis court, racquetball court, squash court, sauna, 2 fitness centers, business center, children’s playroom. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to take to the beach.

The resort is gated with 24-Hour Security. The condo is accessed via a keyless digital door lock, we will provide the code prior to your check-in.

There is free 24/7 on site reserved parking space included. Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise.

Guests have full use of all the Oceania Residences amenities and facilities.

Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. There is a large smart TVs in the living area and each of the bedrooms.
[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
