Experience luxury in our stunning villa featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of cookware, perfect for family meals in an open-concept design. Enjoy the private backyard, ideal for families seeking relaxation, complete with a heated pool and turf area for entertainment. With two patios, you can escape the sun or bask in it when the weather is right.

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled home featuring an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining area, and great room. Enjoy a luxury kitchen with granite countertops and all major appliances for your meal prep needs, alongside spa-like showers for a five-star experience. A laundry room with detergents lets you pack light!

The private backyard is a luxurious escape, featuring a pool, a large turf area for games, and two patios for sun or shade.

Bedroom Details:
- Two master suites with king-size beds and private showers
- Bedroom three with a queen bed
- Bedroom four with two twins
- Bedroom five with a bunk bed and trundle (three total beds) plus an additional twin bed

All bedrooms (except the double twin room) include Smart TVs and storage options.

Shared spaces include a great room with ample seating, a TV, entertainment options, an eight-seat dining table, and an island bar with stools. The luxurious kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and built-in oven.

Enjoy an outdoor shower before entering the house. Coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Bikes for adults and kids are available in the garage, equipped with safety chain locks. A grill is included for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

Pool heating is available for an additional $65 per day, set to 85°F; however, temperatures may drop if air temps fall below 70°F. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. Experience a perfect getaway in luxury and comfort!

Serene Oasis

This place was everything as advertised and reviewed by previous renters. So many positives to mention I hope I don't forget any. The property manager, Fouad, was always in contact and prompt when needed. The house was modern with many upscale appliances and very clean. The bedding, mattresses, and towels were top of the line, soft and comfortable. The location was convenient for groceries, ordering out, or walking or quick drives for dinner. It was no more than 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix. The bikes for adults and kids were a great addition. The outdoor fireplaces were used as the nights got cooler. So many small details. Spices in the kitchen were plentiful, the condiments in the fridge, the water filter pitcher, the coffee selections, the flatware and dishes and coffee cups were never short of. The biggest upside that turned out to be the most used was the pool and back yard. The pool cover was easy to take on and off and all of us adults enjoyed the warm water and peacefulness of the quiet surroundings. All attendees slept great and if we ever return this property will be first on our list for checking on availability.

One of my best vrbo experiences!

First and foremost, our host was incredible. Super accommodating and responsive. Really went above and beyond to make sure our group got everything we may need. The house itself is gorgeous, and would definitely recommend to any group looking for a relaxing weekend to kick back at a pool.

What a great place!

We had a group of 11 which included 7 kids. The heated pool was amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host made it all so easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent getaway

House had everything you need. Great coffee, big house, Warm pool, clean room. Host was more accommodating that we could imagine. Will be staying with this host again.

Phoenix Wedding

this property is fully remodeled and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. Property is located on a nice quiet street, closed to the freeway entrance for easy access and walking distance to Starbucks, shopping, bars etc. We had 9 adults traveling and this house would have accommodated 2 more easily. backyard and side yard are fully turfed grass and is fairly large with heated pool and seating with gas firepit. Kitchen is great for entertaining and cooking. Everything seemed brand new. All the beds were new and the sheets may have been the most comfortable that I have every slept in. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large family, adult groups and they even had 6-7 bikes in the garage for kids and adults.

Beautiful vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is spacious, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely organized. The heated pool in the backyard was the best; we had a lot of fun. Kids also enjoyed riding the bikes, playing board games, and reading books - all provided by the host. Fouad is a great host. He was very helpful from the beginning and was available at all times whenever I had any questions. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Weekend

I spent my 50th with a group of friends here. This place was awesome. Very clean. New furniture and appliances. Perfect location to food and drinks. The owner is very attentive to details and responsive to questions. The backyard was beautiful as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property! Thanks again Frank.
